Ok.. this should be a very close and very good fight, but I think I'm gonna go with Bruce and Ollie by a narrow margin.  I think Batman and Green Arrow have a longer history working together and will have better synergy, I also think that Batman and Green Arrow are capable of being more ruthless to get the win.
 
I'm not meaning to sell Cap and Moon Knight short, this should be a very very good and bloody fight, I just really believe that Bruce and Ollie have a certain kind of..... je ne c'est quoi that there opponents don't.

The Team wins.. hell I'm pretty confidant that PC Mongul could do this on his own.

Though as usual, depending how whether she's currently got the phoenix force in her or it's dormant.. or in someone else, that effects Jean's chances.. and since I think she's currently dead again, who knows what power level she'll be at when she comes back.
 
Human Torch and Storm, I'm not certain can permanently damage Apocalypse so yeah I'm gonna go with Ice-Man making it cold enough to completely shut him down.

How does Bobby do that to someone who can control his molecules and do anything he wishes with them?? Unless Apocalypse is standing there and not fighting back, I fail to see that hapenning.  I think Apocalypse is more in control of his own molecules than Ice man would be. "

I definatly Agree with Martian Manhunter being a more powerful Telepath than Charles, most of the other names, while they /might/ be someone else made the point that it's hard to tell because Charles puts alot of limits on himself that other's really don't.
 
That said there is one really important name that I feel like is not getting mentioned here.

Spiral                                                                            Lobo --> A pure Lobo stomp and he collects a big fat bounty on Spiral
Dark Willow                                                                 Omega Red --> Because he's last stand of EVIL SOVIET VILLIANS! That has to count for something.          
Storm                                                                           Spider-Man --> Storm just has to many options against Spidey, he'd eventually make a mistake and get walloped. "

I think Team 1's chances would be better with the original Mongol rather than his punk of a son.  Close Battle though, I think as is Team 2 might be at a slight advantage.
