Well Rulk sadly is a one trick pony, problem with having him against a character that probably a little stronger (i personally do not believe WW to be much stronger than Rulk but i know people are going to disagree), she's significantly faster which is what makes it a little one sided because arguably WW could punch him like 100 times before he could retaliate once. I honestly think this is one sided.

yep always annoyed me in hulk/rulk fights that they could keep up with so many of their opponents when speed isn't even listed as one of their powers so yeah I agree that WW should take this

If i might add, Thor has only beaten Silver Surfer once, during Blood and Thunder, where he was under warrior madness which is stated to increase his powers 10 fold. Surfer has beaten Thor three times, although context is involved every time i think its fair to say in morals they are equally matched.

Surfer doesnt use most of his powers in character, same reason why he has had problem beating Spiderman, they really looked equally matched in one of the encounter which is weird, Thing has held his own against Surfer, Loki has outright beaten him.

I dont think Thor beating Surfer, specially under warrior madness is a PIS, but thats not really a high feat, i dont know why people interpret it as such.

no it's a pretty close fight actually, since we don't know whose elemental control trumps whose they pretty much just cancel each other out, I mean, in order for certain weather patterns to appear certain factors are involved and their are conditions to be met, storm simply manipulates these factors in order to create the winds and other weather she desires, aang can alter these factors himself by manipulating the air and moisture around them. No it's not. Storm is attuned to the entire planet, and has control over the factors on a planet wide scale. There is nothing Aang can do that will prevent her from creating her effects. He lacks feats.

putting this in a feats vs feats is not really fair since storm has 50 years of comics and aang only has three seasons, but since neither character has a limit all we can do is speculate

this bolded part is highly debatable, why are you bringing thor into this? And as far as I'm concerned you are being VERY narrowminded about this, have you looked into SS's feats? He can destroy planets pretty effortlessly and thor has beaten him many a time. I've never seen WW destroy a planet. This isn't a battle you can toss out the window otherwise comicvine just becomes a ego feeding ground for the biggest hero fan club

hmmm It's a interesting matchup. Supes/thor vs Hulk never made sense to me because supes and thor are too fast, but wonderwoman isn't nearly a match for either of those in a race so I'd put down hulk because he's beat the silver surfer, a feat the original hulk never accomplished but that might just be PIS so... it's a toss up as far as I know

Either of these 2 solo, Superman already beats Thor with ease, Supergirl or Powergirl would do the same.
