Zartan was able to infiltrate the clan temple and shot at Snake-Eyes with an arrow stolen from another ninja, named Storm Shadow. Appearances In Other Media
Cobra Commander appeared in the third season of Transformers Episode "Only Human". He appeared wearing a different version of his metal mask and wearing trench coat. Due to the setting of Transformers being in 2006 he seemed somewhat old due to his voice. He was a weapons dealer called Old Snake. He is approached by a crime lord named Victor Drath, who wishes to purchase synthoid technology (a material seen in the cartoon series). Old Snake transfers the sparks of Rodimus Prime, Ultra Magnus, Arcee and Springer into synthoid bodies, leaving their robotic shells for Victor Drath's use in criminal activities. Drath planned to then destroy the Autobots' now mindless robot bodies, but Old Snake dissuaded him, noting what excellent weapons they would make. Eventually, the Autobots managed to return to their original Cybertronian bodies and Victor Drath and his gang were arrested. However, Snake managed to escape capture. After watching Drath and his gang get hauled away, Old Snake began walking into the sunset. He said to himself that "they just don't make terrorists like they used to", and began shouting the Cobra battlecry to the heavens.

Curtis "Curt" Metcalf is a genius inventor who, in his Hardware identity, uses a variety of high-tech gadgets to fight organised crime. A central irony of the series (of which Metcalf is fully aware) is that Metcalf's employer, respected businessman Edwin Alva - who provides the resources Metcalf uses to create Hardware's hardware - is secretly the crime boss who Hardware is trying to bring down.

At a young age, Stephen Strange had dreams of becoming a doctor. The eldest child of three, Strange was born in 1930 while his parents Eugene and Beverly Strange were vacationing in Philadelphia. At the age of eleven he aided his younger sister Donna when she was injured, which proved to be a formative experience for him, and he was inspired to attend med-school after high school. Ironically, it was his inability to later save her from drowning when he was nineteen and on leave from college that undermined his belief in life’s meaning and the value of idealism. Nevertheless, he rapidly finished med-school at a young age and became a successful neurosurgeon.
Strange displayed phenomenal talent in his chosen field, and quickly attained wealth and notoriety. The more successful he became, the more arrogant he grew. Eventually this led to estrangement from his family and the undoing of his relationship with a United Nations translator named Madeline Revell to whom he had proposed marriage. So distant and self-absorbed did he become, that he refused to visit his father on his deathbed. His enraged younger brother Victor Strange berated him for this, and then was killed as he ran into traffic. Stephen then placed the body of his brother into cryogenic storage. At a much later stage Stephen attempted to restore his brother through magical means, but instead imbued him with the curse of vampirism.
A car accident that damaged the nerves in his hands changed everything for Stephen Strange. He was no longer able to be a surgeon, and arrogantly refused to become an assistant or consultant as he squandered his money traveling the world searching for a cure. One day he heard a rumor of a mystical personage known as the Ancient One in Tibet. Marshaling the last of his inner and outer resources, Strange diligently searched until the fortress of the Ancient One was revealed to him. Though initially outraged that the aged mystic refused to cure his hands, Strange’s anger was quickly replaced by amazement when the reality of magical forces was demonstrated before his eyes as he witnessed an attack on the Ancient One. Circumstances revealed to Strange that it was none other than Baron Mordo, the Ancient One’s chief disciple, who was the perpetrator of the attack, and who continued to plot the destruction of the antediluvian mystic in an attempt to gain power. To his horror Strange learned he was unable to reveal this after Mordo easily ensorcelled him. Realizing the Ancient One was a force for good; Stephen selflessly abandoned his quest to restore his hands and committed himself to magical tutelage with the intention of foiling Mordo’s insidious scheme. By this act Strange proved himself to the Ancient One, to whom the entire melodrama had been transparent. Thus Doctor Strange set himself down the path to become the new Sorcerer Supreme of the earth dimension, yet gained a deadly enemy in Baron Mordo.
After many years of training, Strange returned to New York. He became a mystical consultant and started having interactions with the superhero community. After the Fantastic Four formed and many superheroes began to surface, Doctor Strange found a friend in Spider-Man. Spider-Man helped him rescue a group of people from another dimension and suggested that Strange remove from their memory this traumatic experience, though this meant that they would forget his own heroism. He also formed a bizarre team-up with the Hulk, Namor, and later the Silver Surfer. These four strong personalities somehow managed to work together and started the unlikely super-team known as the Defenders. Initially tricked into conflict with each other by Loki, Thor and Doctor Strange also formed an early alliance to combat the god of mischief.
Dormammu was once a humanoid sorcerer from the Faltine dimension. He and his sister, Umar, were exiled from Faltine and took refuge in the Dark Dimension. Eventually, Dormammu was able to conquer the Dark Dimension and trade his humanoid body for one composed of mystic energy.
After telling the Ancient One that he wants to take over the Earth dimension Dr. Strange went to the Dark Dimension to stop him. Strange was much more powerful than he had anticipated and defeated all of his minions. Even Dormammu had used up so much of his energy in battle that the barrier holding the Mindless Ones was weakened. Dormmamu then fled to restore this barrier. Strange offered his power to help not wanting the Dark Dimension to be destroyed. Dormammu felt honor bound to Dr. Strange and agreed to not interfere with the Earth Dimension.
Dormmamu eventually decided that he could still have Dr. Strange killed without interfering in the Earth Dimension by greatly empowering Baron Mordo. Mordo sought to use this power to kill Strange and captured the Ancient One and lured Strange into the Dark Dimension. Mordo and Strange battled with hand to hand combat until Mordo struck Strange with a mystic bot from behind. This violated Dormammu's sense of honor and he banished Mordo to another Dimension. He then battled Strange himself and after losing agreed that he would not again use a third party to infiltrate the Earth Dimension.
Revenge and Return
Dormammu once possessed Dr Strange's body and tried to use Dr Strange to commit crime and take over the world. This plot eventually fails and Dormammu is driven out of Strange's body by Topaz. Dormammu then retreats back to the Dark Dimension and tries to regain his might again. Dormammu, who wanted revenge, immediately ordered the Mindless Ones to attack Earth. Mr Fantastic had invented a device which could send the Mindless Ones back to their home dimension by channeling the energies of the heroes nearby. However, the device also allowed Dormammu's separated energies to be reabsorbed by Dormammu once again. Dormammu, who was already regaining full strength, was interfered with by Dr Strange again. With the aid of Spiderman, Dr Strange and Dormammu were both taken to an unknown land which is beyond the effect of time. Dr Strange takes his chances and sends Spider-man back into time and stopped Dormammu from seizing power again.
After some years, Dormammu's essence regenerated. However, he became very irrational and spoke of things which he never had. As Umar made fun of Dormammu, a huge shift happened in the Cosmic Axis which greatly increased Dormammu and Umar's powers. They were so powerful that they possessed powers and abilities beyond Eternity. Dormammu used his new powers and transformed Earth into an evil chasm and wasteland where Dormammu decided to dwell. He forced Dr Strange to be his servant and often humiliated him. Soon the real Dr Strange and the real Defenders came and opposed Dormammu. Since Dormammu had greatly been empowered by the shift of the Cosmic Axis, he was invincible and the Defenders and Dr Strange didn't even stand a chance against him. However, the heroes stopped Dormammu with the aid of Umar( who was actually attracted to the Hulk) and Dormammu was then reduced to nothing but a human and was depowered by Umar.
In the first issue of Sensation Comics of 1942, where he heard about Green Lantern, he was inspired by him and wished to become a hero himself. Even though Wonder Woman was the main star, Wildcat was in the back pages and that’s where he gained his popularity. Wildcat was Ted Grant and a boxer, who met some crooks. With them, he struck a deal with them and they decided to put a poisoned needle in Ted Grant’s boxing glove so making contact with his opponent would allow him to win. The poisoned needle was to weaken his opponent but it instead killed the opponent. All of this was blamed on Ted himself and that’s where he heard about Green Lantern and soon took on the name Wildcat.
After the poisonous needle event, he cleared his name and his adventures began as Wildcat, using a dual identity and keeping his name Ted Grant as well. Wildcat had gained popularity but stayed mostly in the back pages. His most popular adventure was with the Justice Society of America where he was a replacement member. He had also appeared in Comics Cavalcade. He had never made it on to the front cover of Sensation Comics but had remained for nine years in the back pages, where only he and Wonder Woman were left as the characters.
In the 60s, he became a regular member of the Justice Society of America and had many crossovers with the Justice League of America. He also starred with Batman in The Brave and the Bold. His origin story had also taken an updating, as he had become an undefeated champion and retired, training Black Canary, Jack Knight and Batman in boxing. In the 70s, he was back on again with the Justice Society of America and in the 80s, a new Wildcat had emerged. She was named Yolanda Montez, and she had the same fighting skills as Ted Grant, as she was the daughter of Ted Grant’s boxing opponent. She was killed during Zero Hour.
Wild Cat, before living the life of a super hero, was a professional boxer. Fighting crime using his Boxing skill, Ted is an expert hand-to-hand combatant.

When Barry was eleven, his mother was mysteriously murdered. Although his father was convicted for it and eventually died in prison. Barry never believed him to be guilty. Barry´s life ground to a halt and he became obsessed with solving the crime not for vengeance but in an attempt to understand why anyone would ever hurt her. Barry studied forensic science in hopes of not only solving his mother´s case, but to help others like him find closure.
When he ended his studies, he turned into a police scientist with a well known habit for lateness. He lived in Central City and had a steady girlfriend named Iris West (later Iris Allen-West). He had a love of comic books, his favorite being the Flash ( Jay Garrick). Working late one night, lightning struck the chemicals in the metal rack next to where he was working.
The birth of a hero
They exploded over Barry who was knocked over. As he stood up, he realized that he was unharmed. After clearing up, Barry went about his business, but it is not long before he discovered the world around seemed to have slowed. More accurately, he had become much faster!
Realizing he had become like his hero, Barry decided to follow in his foot steps and become a hero. He discovers that not only is he fast, but he can also vibrate his molecules, rendering him almost invisible and allowing him to phase through solid objects. He also created a costume and treated it with a special chemical that would shrink so that it can fit inside a ring, allowing him to have it with him ready so that he can change in a moment.
Barry using his costume ring
Flash, used this ring to compress and conceal his costume while operating in his civilian identity. By thumbing a small stud on the side, the top of the ring opened, releasing the costume, allowing Barry the ability to change clothes at super-speed.
Barry's adventures would not just be confined to Central City. Using his scientific knowledge, he constructed the Cosmic Treadmill. Using his super speed, Barry could use it to travel in time by altering his vibrations (something he would later do to cross into alternate dimensions).
For most of his career, life was good to Barry. He was widely respected and well liked as both the Flash and himself. His abilities and scientific acumen kept him ahead of his enemies. Unlike many of his contemporaries, he "got the girl" and married his long time girlfriend Iris, who conceived the Tornado Twins: Don Allen and Dawn Allen.
Barry, like every Flash before and after, had a long list of colorful rogues. These include: Trickster, Captain Cold, Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, Captain Boomerang, Abra Kadabra, Rainbow Raider, and Gorilla Grodd. Some of them had been enemies of Jay and would continue to be a problem for Barry's sidekick and successor, Wally West while some would also help kill Barry's grandson Bart Allen.
In The Flash: Rebirth #4, Barry say that he used to compare notes with Bruce (Batman) on the seemingly endless list of criminals they dealt with. They try to one-up each other: Two face and Captain Cold, Killer Croc and Gorilla Grodd, The Joker and The Reverse Flash.
Iris's nephew, Wally West, grew up in a small town called Blue Valley with emotionally distant parents, and dreamed of living in Central City and perhaps one day meeting his hero, The Flash. Wally was only close to one relative, his father's sister Iris.
Caitlin Fairchild is the daughter of Alex Fairchild of Team 7, along with her fellow Gen-active half-sister, Roxanne "Roxy" Spaulding ( Freefall). Unlike Roxy, the identity of Caitlin's mother is unknown and Caitlin has never spoken of her.
Caitlin grew into a brilliant but mousy young woman. Her academic skill led to her acceptance at Princeton University, where she double-majored in computer science and electrical engineering. During her sophomore year at Princeton, Caitlin was recruited into Project: Genesis, which she believed to be some sort of prestigious government internship. One night, Caitlin began to feel ill (due to secretly being fed drugs designed to activate latent Gen-active abilities) and tried to find a bathroom. She inadvertently stumbled into a restricted computer room where her future teammates Grunge and Roxy were hanging out.
Roxanne "Roxy" Spaulding is the daughter of Alex Fairchild (a Gen-active member of Team 7) and Gloria Spaulding. When Roxy was still very young her father was sent on a secret mission and Gloria had no way of contacting him, so Roxy was raised by her mother and a stepfather, whom Roxy was led to believe was her actual father. She was enrolled in a Catholic School where she was mistreated by her classmates. She speaks with a sort of valley girl accent.
Roxy was tested by the International Operations (I.O.) because her father had been exposed to the Gen-factor. Since the I.O. thought the children of the members of Team 7 inherited super human abilities, they started Project Genesis to test and recruit gen-active children. I.O. eventually tried to enslave the subjects of Project Genesis, so Roxy and the other members of Gen 13 ( Fairchild, Grunge, Rainmaker, and Burnout) escaped. During their escape, Roxy's powers manifested and she discovered that she could manipulate gravity, so she took the codename Freefall.
Roxy with Queelocke
After Gen 13 escaped from Project Genesis they relocated to San Diego, where Freefall snuck into a dance club and met a small furry green alien named Queelocke, who became Roxy's pet. She discovered that her teammate Caitlin Fairchild was her half-sister, which led to considerable anger towards her mother for lying to her about her father her whole life. Roxy finally met her real father, Alex Fairchild, who became a mentor for the team, though he initially had conflicts with Roxy. Eventually she grew to accept him as a father. Unfortunately, Alex was later killed when trying to protect his daughters from a Gen 13 enemy known as Professor Tindalos.
