@dstorres: This is the annoying thing about Comicvine, the 3rd Mr.Miracle 
Shilo Norman is black, at the time the list was made he was on the main Mr. Miracle
Page. NOW he has his own page so clearly Im now gonna have to add shilo and bump off the original
........annoying is not the word.....

Deathblow does not have black skin tone. The comic is usually drawn in dark shades so I can understand though.

Michael Korby who was one of The Crows was black, as was Skull Cowboy in the TV series, and Albrecht in any version 
 
Aside that Dreadmon from TMNT was a black jamaican teenager prior to being mutated

Are you sure M is Black? I thought she was of French Monacoan descent and while she does have a darker complexion she does not seem to be black (or African American to be PC) or at least closer to a hispanic or middle eastern complexion.

@ChadwickDavis: Yes M is black her father is black and her mother was never specified. At best she's bi racial BUT she has been black from inception during the phalanx covenant and YES peter David has made her a bit white during his run on x-Factor BUT that has been address in recent issues.  Yes she is black.
