Ok, things I have learned from frame by frame viewing:

1. At least one scene happens in Germany - the flipping police car has 'Polizei' on the bonnet and the bus to the left of it has the destination of 'Bahnhof' or 'Train Station' above the driver.

2. Loki is wielding a Claw like weapon with a glowing blue shape in its grip - we see the same weapon in the scene where all Avengers are collected in some sort of laboratory - Taken when captured? Another antagonist's weapon he's acquired? Part of the Cosmic Cube? Undecided.

3. The tussle between Loki and unsuited Tony appears to take place in Tony's mansion as in the background logs and a fireplace, similar to what I remember from the War Machine fight of IM2 can be seen. He is thrown through that window, rather than the quinjet/skrull ship that directly precedes this scene.

4. Cap looks to have a hood in some scenes, with wing markings clearly visible - a fabric type mask like the comics? This would go against previous photos of a helmet like design, unless it springs into rigidity when in place ala Batman's cape?

5. I can find no trace of Skrulls or other enemy in reflections, shadows or such, but everyone seems to be eyeing up a tall/flying threat.

6. I have way too much time on my hands.

It could well be that Bane gets his ass kicked the first time he meets Bats, then gets all venom'd up and giant for the replay. Also, not in any shots do we see that it is Tom Hardy, it could be a stunt guy doing the 'smaller' role or some such.
@Sky_Jokiel: Have you seen him Bronson era? He put on some meat for that role.

Ok... 'Just over a half a second'? Surely that's just a screencap :)
Oh and FYI pants in the UK means underwear, bringing a whole other connotation to the headline, albeit in line with standing pre-conceptions of the costume design, but still...

And Red Robin is biting The Flacon style. Come at me bro.
What does that even mean? Plus, who is The Flacon? To be honest, I thought Dick taking over the cowl to be as good an idea as Bucky taking over the shield - character progression is a good thing, but no, we can't have that, it's a freaking groundhog day return to the status quo because us readers can't handle anything outside of the eternity bubble can we? <sarcasm>
You don't know who The Falcon is and you know who Captain America is? Come now.
Of course I know who The Falcon is.

I'd like to vote for Magneto's children NOT to appear as any involvement with Fox would mean they'd be ruled out on the Avengers side of things.
As much as I like the X-Men, I'm far more interested in the universe Marvel Studios is trying to create and the way in which the characters interweave.

Off the top of my head, starting with DC:

Wonder Woman
Supergirl
Powergirl
Cat Woman
erm...

Marvel:
Spider-Woman
She-Hulk
Janet Van-Dyne/Wasp
Storm
Sue Storm
Maria Hill
Ms Marvel
Rogue
Jubilee
Black Cat
Valkyrie
Sif
Jessica Jones
Betty Ross/Red She-Hulk
Aurora
Jean Grey
Jocasta (Ok, technically a robot but hey)
I could probably add around another 5 if I really tried.
The reason that none are as 'iconic' as their DC counterparts (though many are better, more interesting characters) is that there are more around and as mentioned are more team players than stand alone characters.
I'm all for big powerful females characters in comics, just make sure Frank Cho draws 'em! ;)

There's no reason why the alter-ego of a character can't die and the hero identity be continued by someone else - I am thinking of the Phantom ('The ghost who walks') where the identity had been going since something like the mid 1500s and the fact that he was seemingly immortal (even though his alter-egos were not) added to his whole mythology and reputation in the eyes of those who should fear him.

I personally loved the idea of Bucky as Cap as it seemed like a natural progression, a way of moving stories and characters forward while maintaining a link to the past for fans of the original.
