Fowler is able to create vibrations using the cybiotic components in his body. He does this by setting up controlled resonance vibrations at the molecular level. Unlike a pyrokinetic, he does not use the excited molecules to create fires (The user can generate heat energy for a variety of purposes by vibrating molecules at a super high speed. By changing the speed of atoms, he could change the temperature by varying the vibration), however. Instead, the target finds itself trying to simultaneously shake apart in all directions.

Fowler is capable of attacking people through a combination of disintegration (He can cause molecules to shake uncontrollably, allowing him to disrupt the bonds between molecules resulting in molecular dispersion of an extremely painful kind.) and liquification. Most solid (or near-solid) substances can be manipulated in this way, creating waves and troughs in an otherwise placid surface. It imitates an earthquake's grosser effects (like the tears and ripples). This power routinely affects plastic, glass, and stranger materials.

Fowler has the ability to amplify or deaden the vibration waves that exist in all media with deadly results. By stopping atoms, he could make someone unable to move. Causing someone to be put into absolute zero would cause all atomic vibrations a perfect freeze. This would also kill the person as the polar molecule, water, actually expands as the molecules slow down. This causes microscopic cellular damage that cannot currently be reversed.

Fowler can create catastrophic vibration in solid, liquid, and gas in a tightly focused beam. It generally does precious little damage to gases (though it can disperse them or drag them along with the beam), but solids suffer badly. In fact, the harder the solid is, the worse it fares. Metals will fatigue, crystals will shatter, and any kind of suspension (like concrete) is likely to crack or even crumble to dust. Flesh doesn't exactly react well to it, either.

Fowler can channel destructive vibrations by touch, either through a conductive medium (such as water, a weapon, or the ground) or directly into a person's body. It can also give something like a sword or knife increased cutting power; consider the weapon to have been shifted up the Matter Hardening scale by one rank per level in this power.

Fowler has the special power to create and still vibrations with his cybiotic components (audiokinesis), but this range of action is specifically related to audible vibrations. Speech is possible without opening your mouth, and a powerful and creative super could even simulate an enormous rock concert.

Fowler can control existing vibrations, whether natural, artificial or power-based. He can increase/decrease its intensity (increase its damage), including that of earthquakes. Applications include Distorting a target's voice; if other dimensions exist, he can vibrate to the right dimensional frequency to travel there (by opening up windows to other dimensions for his own travel or to trap individuals in another dimension.

This can be used as a form of teleportation by jumping into the dimension, then jumping out at another place in the real world); cripple gyroscopes on airplanes and submarines; vibrate the hero's own atoms to pass through matter. Fowler is a highly sophisticated device that could open the pathway between dimensions.

The hero can generate non-audible vibrations to alter existing harmonics, negate vocal powers, or as an attack. The cost is based on the power's damage: Applications include: Create earthquakes; create a vibratory shield (Medium Armor); stop a spell from being uttered; cause machinery to malfunction.

Fire is just molecules moving in a very energetic state, so they give off radiation in the form of heat and light. Fire in the normal sense requires fuel and oxygen, but those who can energize molecules sufficiently could create the same effect but with more heat, less heat, etc. Fowler clearly does not need an external fuel source, so we can conclude that his form of fire is not the usual chemical reaction, but a more direct application of energy. So there is no reason why he needs oxygen for his flame.

Sound vibration manipulation. Complete mastery over physical vibrations. He could move things with his mind, but he could also change his voice, create sonic booms, imitate any sound he wanted, etc.

He is also capable of absorbing vibrations, making him immune to sound based attacks. This also gives him an echolocation sense of hearing. This allows him to survive explosions unharmed. This ability also makes him undetectable by sound.

While seemingly simple this power may negate other powers,Intangibility may be voided if he were to vibrate their molecules back together. A user of Telepathy may have difficulty connecting to a user due to jumpy brain waves.
