@roycelunar: Well if I found one for a good price would replacing the fan with something better be an option? And I probably wouldn't go near overclocking.. ever.
Is your room air conditioned? Because if it is, you can stay clear of high end cooling systems, and also, place your PC in a place where it can properly ventilate.
As for overclocking, you should, it chips your CPU life. :P
