Yeah, it's an unfortunate thing to see. However i did see a lot of rocks flying also. they can't just stand there like statues and have rocks thrown at their heads all day. i didn't really see any police going to extreme measures.

it seems you really are one sided. I am not a DC fan and I will never be a superman fan boring. But we all know that the Golden Superman-Prime is literally physically invulnerable. Even though it is not mentioned he is invulnerable to magic, it was stated many times that he has high resistance to all sort of magic and that will not give any advantage to Rune Thor. He has some resistance with reality warping method too. How will Rune Thor be able to beat Superman here? Besides, Golden Superman-Prime is anywhere and knows anything which shall give him advantage against Rune Thor. Can you explain us why you believe Rune Thor shall win over Golden Superman-Prime aside from you just believe Rune Thor.

When Thor became Rune King Thor, his power levels grew to that possessed(and possibly surpassed) by Celestial level beings. after Asgard is destroyed, his body transcends that of the physical plane, and it appears he becomes one with the universe. Rune King Thor possesses more than just magics, he possesses elemental and cosmic energies as well. the power and knowledge of the runes also gave Thor the power to see the past, the present, and the future. I believe that Rune King Thor also possesses the ability to be anywhere and know(almost) anything, and as you said yourself, Golden Super-man Prime is not invulnerable to magic, he just has a high resistance to different kinds. but i think the near limitless amounts and types of magical and cosmic energies along with his ability to see the future and all possible outcomes against prime, will in fact, give Rune Thor the advantage, especially if he is capable of becoming virtually impervious to any type of physical harm. Don't misunderstand, i am not saying Rune Thor would just stomp Prime without any effort. i think it would be an incredible battle. I know Rune King Thor doesn't have a huge amount of feats to his name, but the ones he does have, such as elevating to a level of power that was even beyond the combined power of Celestial beings that were so far above the gods of Asgard that they were seen as nothing more than toys to be played with, ascending to a higher level of existence that went beyond the physical,  and by showing that Those Who Sat Above In Shadow were absolutely powerless to stop Rune King Thor from destroying them, are pretty impressive in my opinion. and i am also not claiming that Rune King Thor elevated to an Eternity level power or anything like that, but considering how powerful Celestial level beings are in the Marvel Universe, and for him to be equal to-or greater than that of a celestial level power, says quite a lot.

We are already there. Imperiex is capable of destroying the universe. It's enough reason that Imperiex can match Marvel's Celestials and can be cosidered more than what Marvel's Galactus can do. If superman can beat Imperiex, imagine what Golden Superman-Prime would do to Imperiex. Golden Superman-Prime is also literally invulnerable, aside from magic, but still, he has has high-resistance to any kind of magic. It was also demonstrated before that Golden Superman-Prime withstood reality warper. There are no indication Rune-Thor is invulnerable, unlike Golden Superman-Prime. Even Rune-Thor can see to the future, how will that affect Golden Superman-prime's knowledge of everything?

I don't think Rune-Thor shall win this one.
"
I realize we are already there. you asked for reasons why Rune King Thor should win and i gave you some. and just because Superman beat Imperiex, does not mean he can beat the Celestials. a single Celestial could eradicate the Superman that beat Imperiex, which tells me Imperiex(or the Imperiex that Superman beat, as i have read there are different versions) would not do too much better. and i think i made some valid points as to how and why Rune King Thor would be impervious to physical harm.

Rune King Thor will take this. Those Who Sit Above In Shadow were Celestial beings. they were so far above Odin and the gods of Asgard that they were viewed and thought of as nothing more than a toy is to a child. and as it has already been stated, the Odin Force is also comprised of cosmic energies, as well as arcane and elemental ones. combine that with the knowledge and power of the Runes, Thor ascended to a level that was even greater than Those who sit Above, or they would have been able to stop him from destroying them. and once it was all said and done, it appeared that Thor had actually elevated beyond the physical, and became one with the universe itself. even though it was later written, that Thor "died", he himself stated that he was just going to rest and sleep for time. as powerful as this Superman Prime is or was, i don't see him being able to defeat a being who has the ability to become one with the universe, as well as omnipresent.

See, this is where i am confused. i know Doomsday has been killed by energy before, but has he ever been vaporized to dust and come back on his own? i believe Imperiex did it once, but if i recall(and i could be wrong, it was a long way back) Doomsday was restored with the help of Luthor and Darkseid. has he, or can he come back if he is completely incinerated down to the last molecule? "
It's somewhat complicated.  I know that Doomsday can return from death and evolve--that much was explained when he was on Krypton, being killed at least 100 times by the environment and wildlife.  I'm not sure, however, what the limit is for his revival.  I know, like you said, he was restored with help before, so obviously there's a limit, but i'm not sure what it is. "
Alright, so there could be a possibility that O.F. Thor were to completely destroy Doomsday's body, he wouldn't be able to come back on his own unless an outside party were to be able to scoop up whatever's left of him, like they did on Krypton, or when he was helped back after Imperiex. and i am very sure that the Odin Force is more than capable of destroying Doomsday's body. so if he cannot come back on his own, i am not sure if he could be brought back if Thor destroys the entirety of his body, down to the last cell. and this is something else i cannot remember: did Imperiex COMPLETELY destroy Doomsday's body, or just some of it, i forget? either way, thanks for filling me in. i guess it boils down to this; it seems clear that most people think O.F. Thor would kill Doomsday once. if he cannot come back on his own, i would say he is screwed. but let's say he does, whether he is helped or otherwise, can he adapt to a level where he is completely immune to the Odin Force? my opinion is no, only because the Odin Force is a combination of different magical, arcane, and elemental energies. what Thor used once to eradicate Doomsday the first time, he may use completely different energies or magics the second time. and with the Odin Force itself, having shown that it does grow more powerful over time, as was shown when Thor first gained the O.F. after his father died. he became more powerful almost right away, and Thor told Loki he could feel its presence, and it was growing with each passing day. and when he had conquered Marvel earth, it was clear he was immensely more powerful than he was the first few years he had it. i don't want to be misunderstood. i am not claiming the O.F. has no limits, or that it could grow to Galactus like power levels, i'm just saying that i think it is vast enough to also increase and adapt to a level that Doomsday cannot. thoughts? "
Very nice deduction.  I think when it comes down to it, Doomsday evolves after he's killed by a certain method, which then causes his body to evolve to the method so that it can't happen twice.  Fortunately for Odinsforce Thor, I doubt that Doomsday has been taken down by any method similar to the magical prowess mixed with the power of the version of Thor used here.  Considering the godblast, I think that it would have a very good chance of vaporizing Doomsday, and considering how powerful the godblast has been shown to be (in another thread it's shown to pierce a dimensional barrier), I think that it has what's needed to put down Doomsday for a victory. "
Well said. i didn't even think of the godblast, lol. even if Thor could not kill Doomsday any other way, he could always turn to the godblast if nothing else were to work the second time around.(i cannot believe i forgot about the godblast!) thanks for reminding me about that.
