The first two scans are non-canon to the main universe and thus completely irrelevant as far as we're concerned. We've seen Apocaliptified Hulk utterly destroy Juggernaut, so anyone who says that Apocalypse's celestial tech is useless against this guy is needs to do some reading.
Byakuya would win because he has a lot more fans. That's how the typical shounen formula works. On a serious note, all of Byakua's abilities are slow AOE attacks, and Soi Fon is basically a quicker Ichigo. Byakuya's shikai is useless since it's both slow and weak, and Soi Fon's bankai is useless as it's a slow and inaccurate nuke. So it would come down to Soi Fon's speed + shikai versus Byakua's bankai. Soi Fon's by far the fastest character we've seen feat-wise in Bleach, her speed left 17 images in panel versus only 5 by the "fastest espada," #7 Zommari. Objectively Soi Fon would win because she kills you if she hits you twice and her speed surpasses any of Byakuya's abilities, subjectively Byakuya wins because of polls and fangirls. I mean, let's put it this way, #7 Espada would have beaten Byakuya if it wasn't for CIS; standing around and taunting when he could have won the fight at any time. Soi Fon is faster and even deadlier.
Initially, Byakuya wasn't even trying against #7 and you seem to have it the other way; it was Byakuya who was doing most of the taunting, saying sthings like the Zommari was out of his league. Byakuya also had to defend TWO people and got injured because of them in the process. As for Soi-fon, she's a joke compared to top class captains such as Byakuya. She doesn't really even stand a chance here against the more superior captain. T'is true that she's the fastest captain, but Byakuya is probably right after her in terms of speed. Now factor in their other abilities, the fact that Byakuya has more reiatsu than her, the disadvantage Soi-fon has with her ban-kai in one-on-one confrontations and you get one dead little woman.
Byakuya is not a top class captain, and I think Soifon could really win this with Shunko.
How about you name four captains, excluding Yammy, who are better than him? What is her shunpo going to do here?
I'm going to include former captains as well. Shunsui, Ukitake, Hitsugaya, Unohana, Urahara, Shiji, Aizen, Gin, & Isshin for sure. Also, if you don't know how shunko will help, then you don't know much about Soifon.
So Unohana, Hitsugaya, Urahara, and Shinji are better than he is because of what exactly? What have they done that puts them above Byakuya? And when I said top-class captain, I meant current captains, not former captains who no longer even lead squads.
Soi-Fon may be faster than he is, but their speed is on par. She is the fastest, he is the second fastest. He still has more energy, better abilities, actual usable ban-kai, etc.
