I think they could take him. Full bloodlust, Thor is going to use his belt. That makes him twice as strong as Superman. Combined with the crazy esoteric magic he can bust out with the hammer, this shouldn't be to hard.

True, Kratos is stronger than Grey Hulk, but most versions would edge him out. But this is an easy stomp, he has 2 different flesh-to-stone spells he could use to take out almost everyone. Whoever is left gets gutted. He wouldn't need half the powers you've given him.

Peter wins the boxing and street fights. Have you SEEN him fight the chicken? He tanks shots that would put Luke Cage on his ass.

Rider, easy. Spawn takes one Penance Stare and dies. Red doesn't have the magic to hold off soul-burning hellfire. Etrigan can't hurt him, he's healed from having his skull completely shattered in seconds. Then, Stare/hellfire and it's over. Dr Strange himself (when he was still sorcerer supreme) said the Rider's full power was essentially limitless.

Surfer could take them all, honestly. Surfer is at least as fast as any Flash. Even if you use the old speed-stealing Speed Force God Wally West, Surfer wins. At the bell, Wally tries to speed steal, Surfer lets loose a planet-busting AOE. Since their speeds start equal, both effects are resolved at the same time. But Surfer would survive being slower for a little bit, Wally gets vaporized. And I said AOE because it means Area Of Effect, there's nowhere to run to that the blast isn't already going. That's called fighting smart. Manhunter has no tricks Surfer can't defeat. Surfer has resisted world-class telepaths, he can phase, and he has more than enough power for the job. And just for fun, he can turn Superman's costume (and the bodies of Flash and Manhunter) into Kryptonite while blasting Supes with red sun radiation. Because he can do that too.

Yeah yeah, necro thread, whatever. Sentry and Surfer would win, handily. Why? Because Sentry can transmute matter. Blah blah can he effect Darkseid blah blah DOES NOT MATTER. He can turn everything around him into radion and kill him with that. Surfer can transmute too, don't forget. And open black holes. And easily break lightspeed to time travel with perfect accuracy. And track someone accross dimensions by their scent. And see a grain of dust in a sandstorm accross the galaxy. But what lets him beat Thanos is NOT straight-up energy blasts or his Abomination-pwning super strength. It's his speed. And not travel speed, REACTION speed. There is a difference. Surfer is fast enough to dodge lightning. He can, and has, examine every human on the planet looking for a specific person, not find them (meaning he looked at 6 BILLION FACES) and the person he'd been having a conversation with was not aware he'd even left. Nothing Thanos can do would touch Surfer, because to Surfer Thanos would be moving in slow motion. Surfer has all the relative time in the world to pick Thanos apart.

Also, that scan of Thanos hitting Galactus? Yeah, on the next page Galactus isn't hurt and utterly crushes Thanos. Even comments on how he's actually had to exert himself to penetrate Thanos's force field. He had the Mad Titan on his knees.

cap doesn't have the strength or the fire power to put Nemesis down for good.

His fighting style and the shield let him use his peak-human strength to strike with superhuman force, he does it all the time.

Thor. He might not have the Odinforce himself for this, but it's still what powers the hammer, and he has used it's power to deactivate magic-based powers before (Cain Marko's). If he can shut down magic granted by a god, he can do the same to the power of an angel or demon.

Cap is just to fast, he could shoot Nemesis' eyes out and run circles around him.

Thor has faced Phoenix in the comics as well. He one-shotted her.
