I reread my issues, after I do the pleasant task of bagging and boarding them, since I had the near scare of smudging the cover of Brightest Day #0. Despite the quality of the story is sub-par, at best, I reread my Mighty Crusaders mini-series, just so I can comprehend the story as a whole.
 
But if I want to look back at some classic reads, I go back to rereading Jonah Hex's Six Gun War. Great read, by the way.

I really didn't find that offensive, and I can agree with the subliminal diss he did to Frank Miller. But his little tidbit about changing straight characters into homosexuals, yeah, that change basically injected new life into Batwoman, for which anybody can attest, was a convenient ploy to discredit Batman's rumored homosexual pedophile tendencies towards Robin.
 
Now, as for how DC and Marvel could change, that's another crime to make for another time.

Whatever you do, do not let Akiva Goldsman near a comic book related movie or TV show. He brings death to comic book movies. Just look at Batman Forever, Batman and Robin, and Jonah Hex, most recently. He's a living, breathing, cancer, when it comes to these type of adaptations.

Huh. Good review, but questionable timing. Then again, I just reviewed it when it came out, so no biggie.
