Boba Fett is in no way super human. he's less physical than Jango was and relys mostly on tech, rep, and cunning. In my Boba Fett OMNIBUS!!!!! He doesnt take a piss without hours of prep. He would win though just cuz his armor is literally impenetrable. Lightsaber resistant i dont believe so. The story where he whips out a saber on vader isnt canon but its there. He would get rocked physically but his gadgets are far more deadly than anything batman has and batmans are made for incapacitation. His explosives arnt heavy duty. If i had a scanner i could show you fett walking through grenade blasts, being sety on fire and taking no damage to him or his armor.
I'd like to see some scans showing off Snake eye, i bet he's not as good a fighter as they say.
if i had a scanner i could show you awsome stuff from my ONE COMIC! he takes out ninja vipers (think hand ninjas) without using a weapon or taking a scratch he kills them using their own weapons. hes like water. naw mean? when i say weaponless then he uses theirs i mean he redirected attacks.

@god_spawn: Those were the only scans I was able to get, but yeah, I find it silly that Logan could upstage Danny. Next thing you know, Bendis will have Wolvie sparring with Spider-Woman. :P
