By Weny and Richard Pini, Elfquest is my all time favorite story. When I was a boy I would search desperately for back issues and wait for the trades to come out. I was always surprised to find that most of my comic reading friends never read it.

Written and Drawn by John Byrne way back in the early 1980s, this is the book that got me hooked on comics.
