What I want is somewhere to point someone if they ask me the following question, "Hey, I'm into [comic book character x] what comics do I need to subscribe to?" Because that can be a pretty dizzying answer. I've been looking at all the Batman related books post-Flashpoint and there's 10 or more books. So it's not as easy as just saying - get the one called Batman. Thanks!

Funny you bring this up. We've actually been working on some ideas to handle this.

either way, I like these posts, I wouldn't be against them appearing on a monthly basis

This is probably a weird bug having to do with our new homepage code on GB/SC. If its not fixed now it will be soon.
