Best inventors in comics

Not purely scientists per se, otherwise someone like Bruce Banner would be on this list. In no random order (though I will put Tony Stark first). As usual fill me in on any I should put in here.

Oh, and you need more girls. Monica Rappaccini. She's fairly proven with creations. Alyssa Moy is harder to justify, but the project she was working on, was basically Earth 2.0 (like another artificial Earth)

Spider-Man's rogue's gallery has a bunch of inventors: Spencer and Allistair Smythe, Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin (Norman Osborn). And of course there's Spider-Man himself.

Not sure about Spider Man - the thought had crossed my mind, but he has msotly only made the web shooters I think. I was more thinking about the best overall inventors too, not just some one-shot wonders. That having been said, maybe Barbara doesn't belong there.

@RazzaTazz: He's made most of his suits, as well as the spider-tracers and he works for Horizon Labs now, and has made some pretty good stuff recently, to cope with the loss of his spider sense.

@RazzaTazz Hulk, Black Panther and Beast all come to mind. Beast is the resident genius in the X-Men creating almost all the tech they use. Black Panther is the smartest man in Wakanda creating most of its tech and he created the Quinjet. And Hulk well he has Banner and he has created so many gamma related pieces of tech.
