Saw it last night as part of an Iron Man Movie Marathon at my local Regal theater. I've been telling people that this movie could have used the subtitle, "Iron Man 3: The Miami Vice Comedy Christmas Special."

I didn't care for it. It's easily the weakest of the 3 and the script writing relied to heavily on narrative tropes that were weak excuses for the plot to evolve or an action sequence to happen. With so many great stories to lift from the Fraction and Ellis days, it's astonishing they couldn't have come up with something better. Shane Black relies too heavily on his Lethal Weapon past to make this movie entertaining; the movie seems to be one giant evolving joke. Its as if he wanted to make another Lethal Weapon movie and was forced to have some Iron Man stuff in it.

I think SW Episode 1 TPM might be a better movie than this one.

Marvel realize's that. Arcade even mentions that he is ripping off the idea from other outside sources. The cover of the first issue is parodied after Battle Royale. I think it's been fun so far, though fairly sad for all those c-list characters that appear to be dying. Funny, I think Hunger Games knowingly ripped from Battle Royale.

We're all comic book readers,yeah? Peter Parker will be back within 6 months. :/ I think the narrative that Slott is writing could easily have Spider-man revert back to being dominated by the Peter Parker personality.

Wow, I can't wait for this! Allred's art has an incredible amount of rich personality to it. I hope this does well.

Glad you liked it. Mine has already shipped from Amazon, with the Avengers. :D It always seems like Gordon's voice over is hit or miss. The voice over for the character in the AA video game is comical, if not a little unbearable.

Fantastic. Can't wait to see how all of these Marvel One titles turn out. I hope this becomes my favorite.
