Before the rebirth, more than half of the books are already 2.99, only those popular ones with extra pages are 3.99 such as batman and justice league. Now all those popular ones become biweekly, which means you will pay 2.99 twice a week, which is 5.98.
They actually did have a strong lineup for the open wave of new 52, but only few titles can keep the teams for so long. And the biweekly thing might also cause the unstable creative team. Unless they are using two great art team on a single title.
Btw, didn't quite like the fact there are less titles after the rebirth. Its good for market, but not fans.
