In all honesty, what I would like to see is the heroes go off the deep end, after dealing with the psychos they've been battling for years. Something like the Watchmen, becoming the bad guy so that he could restore peace and order to the world. I think that would be something very interesting to see, our childhood heroes go through madness and then they'll be taken down by some heroes that get less attention than the more popular ones. But in the end, good is always going to win, becasue if they didn't , what's the moral. If the bad always won it would get boring and miserable to watch/read.
I like it, they gave her a nice modest look. cause lets be honest, a leotard wouldn't look very believable in live action form. Some outfits should stay on in animation. Pervs...
Way too much CGI going on....I mean if they couldn't make it without it looking like it's CGI-ish then yea but apparently all the aliens and flying and costume changes was too much. Never was a Green Lantern fan anyway so I'll wait for this to come on television.
When I looked at it I thought the same thing, that this looks like a comic version of Smallville and I have to agree, I don't know how many orgin stories we need of Superman or Batman or whomever else they decide to put back at the beginning. All I know is that is makes it kind of confusing for that new reader who wants to start at the beginning, cause when it all boils down to is that there is no essential beginning. Becasue everyone has their own spin on things, all I have to say is that as long as u have the basics (i.e. His name is Kal-El, he'' the last survicor of Krypton, he grows to become one of the world's greatest superheroes yadda yadda yadda) then ur ok, cause if u ask me u don't need to know every little thing that went on before he became the Big S. I might bread the book, but right now I'm still trying to understand the deal with his cousin and her many versions so that one might have to wait.
I have to say I'm not too familiar with this killer croc but I do like seeing new characters in films, I'd rather not see anymore Penguins, Catwomans or Mr. Freeze's. The only reprise I enjoyed was The Joker n I'm sure I' d like a Riddler reprise as well, if done correctly of course.
