I was wondering the same thing...

With the end of Savage Wolverine #5 offering no real resolutions, and no hints as to what's next for the characters involved (particularly Cho and Shanna) we're left at loose ends. Essentially Shanna is quasi-immortal ("as long as the Savage Land lives, you shall live") and now has super strength and speed. Will Marvel do anything with the character? Or was this just a case of them indulging Frank Cho?

I really hope it's not simply the latter. I liked everything about the series.... I want more.

When did Kori develop forehead eyebrows? Were they supposed to be the "WTF" in the issue?

I just picked up this issue yesterday (that's how far behind I am...) and thought it was just "ok".

I always read issues twice, a day or two apart, but on the first read-through it just felt a little off. Kori's characterization wasn't really at all consistent with what we've seen from her in RHATO. It doesn't help that I'm not too clear on exactly when this is supposed to have taken place. Recent past? Distant past?

Maybe I'm being a little pedantic, but do the Avengers have a teleporter? If not, how did they get from North America to Oz as fast as Magik was able teleport the team?

It seems like they arrived, went to visit the new girls family, and then the Avengers jump out of a quinjet... seemingly after being tipped off just minutes earlier.

No comments on issue #2?

I enjoyed it as much as the first. Fun, pulp, cheesecake. All around good times.
