I'd gather up all the awesome animals of mars and try and bring them back to Earth with me! Then I'd start a super zoo.

Coming from someone who had never had any interest in Wonder Woman, this costume makes me want to pick up issue #600 and give her an honest chance.

So after getting into comics just about a year ago, I've really grown to love two characters in particular; Moon Knight and Daredevil.  I've only been reading their current runs, but am really into the idea of going back and getting their past stuff but I really don't know where to start and how to go about it.  So I ask, whats the best way to tackle this, and how big of a hunt/commitment is collecting full runs of characters?

@Spectrum:  I would really like to, but I have no idea where to start. I enjoy Batman, Green Lantern, and The Flash, but my knowledge of DC and its characters past those few are slim.

Thanks for all the help guys! I really appreciate it. After doing some searching, Amazon seems to be the way to go for the trade paperbacks, with my prime taking care of the shipping.  Should be getting Moon Knight and the Secret Warriors in a few days.

So yeah, I really want to get into comics. I like a lot of the marvel stuff, however when i went to the awesome comic shop in my area, there were just so many titles I could see myself getting into.  I tried for a month picking up all of the ridiculous amount of books I was interested in, but it just came out to way too much for my struggling college student self to keep up with.  I think last time i checked there were like 20some books I was interested in.

So i ask you, what to do?  Should i buy trade paperbacks? I'm not totally against being a few months behind the current arcs, I just really want to experience the stories. Or should i just cut it down to maybe 2 a week or something like that?  I just dont know. Thanks in advance for the help!
