General Rules:

  • Low Superhuman Speed (Low Speed Bullet Timers are the limit)
  • Energy Projection limits are below Bishop's level of blasts
  • As for Durability, no one that's going to tank bullets with ease
  • No Offensive Telepathy, however you can use Telepathy to to communicate or transfer information between teammates
  • No hax powers or cheap tactics (immobilization, complete protection, etc)
  • No Duplicate characters
  • No one who's Street Level + e.g. 616 Spidey, Midnighter, Multiple Man or Deathstroke

Scenario:

Your team will be gathered in a pure white room with only a couch, a table (with chairs) and a water cooler. They will be given fifteen minutes with a set of dossiers to the opposing team regarding details such as the teams load-outs, as well as the characters backgrounds + power sets / attitudes. They can also use this time to potentially form a plan against them and also to learn their teammates strengths and weaknesses.

Both teams are teleported into Green Dolphin Street Prisons Courtyard, which is approximately 300 metres long, and 150 metres wide. Both teams start either end of the courtyard.

As shown in the image, gradually the stage will become filled with poisonous frogs which impair vision and paralyze victims. The frogs begin to gradually rain after five minutes, and will reach the levels shown in the image once half an hour has passed. This means that the quicker you are at defeating your opponent, the better.

The objective is the elimination of the opposing team. This can be achieved however they may be willing as anything goes (e.g. Knocking Out, Incapacitating, Killing). Once the winning team has defeated their opponents, they will be returned to the White Room (fully healed) with the next set of dossiers for the next match.

The objective is the elimination of the opposing team with minimal civilian casualties. Against enemies however, anything goes (e.g. Knocking Out, Incapacitating, Killing, whatever). Once the winning team has defeated their opponents, they will be returned to the White Room (fully healed) with the next set of dossiers for the next match.

Scenario:

Your team will be gathered in a pure white room with only a couch, a table (with chairs) and a water cooler. They will be given fifteen minutes with a set of dossiers to the opposing team regarding details such as the teams load-outs, as well as the characters backgrounds + power sets / attitudes. They can also use this time to potentially form a plan against them and also to learn their teammates strengths and weaknesses.

Both teams are then teleported into the middle of an uninhabited Paris, just underneath the Eiffel Tower.

There is a huge, glass-like energy dome covering the outskirts of the area, with the teams starting either side of the tower.

I know, I know. My paint skills are mad good.

The tower itself is fully functioning so if you want, you can ride the lift or use the stairs to access any level to gain a height advantage however this comes with obvious risks. The area is inescapable, and attempting to touch the dome will cause minor voltage to course through the body of whoever is touching it.

Juiceboks is Red. RolandAlderas is Blue.

Chouko Kiryuin

Background:

Chouko Kiryuin is the child of two of the most influential and strongest willed fighters in the Life Fiber War against Ragyo Kiryuin; Satsuki Kiryuin and Uzu Sanageyama.

Like her mother, she is a prodigy that can succeed at whatever she turns her hand to, which was demonstrated from an early age. Due to her Mother being busy with overseas affairs, Chouko grew up under the care of her Father Uzu, who provided an outlet for her to cultivate her physical skills with his positive mentality and sense of fun, which she latched onto. Seeing her raw potential, Uzu began teaching Chouko Kendo at a young age which she began to flourish in. By the age of thirteen Chouko had learnt her Father's two strongest techniques: The Heaven's Eye and the Mind's Eye.

Sensing that Chouko was beginning to become too much for him to manage, Uzu asked Satsuki to overtake take his place training her in the art of the sword whilst her business was controlled by her number two: Hoomaru Rei. Satsuki accepted, and spent the next several years teaching Chouko everything she had learned whilst preparing to kill her own Mother. Finally, at the age of eighteen gifted her with the re-forged Secret Sword Bakuzan as a gift to establish her mastery of the sword.

This time spent with her Mother established the kind of mentality that Chouko would hold towards her fights: Intelligent, Objective, Patient and Determined; however she never lost the optimistic and fun-loving aspect of her father's personality.

Chouko's name has the literal meaning "Butterfly Child of the Imperial Demon Temple" which is a great way of describing her hardened yet easy going personality, and her graceful yet formidable fighting style.

Abilities and Equipment:

Having trained under both her Mother and Father, Chouko is quite a formidable opponent she has access to several particular skills such as:

Master Swordswoman -

Being the child of two of the strongest sword fighters in the series, Chouko is no slouch. Satsuki's sword skills were so powerful that she could fight against empowered enemies, whilst still being merely human.

Tengatsu (Heaven's Eye) -

A technique learned from her father Uzu, the Tengatsu allows her to view the preparatory movements of the opponent. This allows her to anticipate and predict an opponents movements based on slight bodily reactions such as twitching of arm muscles or eye movement.

Shingatsu (Mind's Eye) -

Also learned from Uzu, the Shingatsu allows perfect visualization of the surrounding area. This prevents Chouko from being sneaked up on, and gives her far greater sense than her normal sense would allow.

Enhanced Senses -

Inherited from her Uzu, in that after he'd sown his eyes shut to increase his the power of his Mind's Eye his other senses became more powerful. This increases the effectiveness of the Mind's Eye, as her other sense help to create a more powerful image.

Agility -

Alongside her enhanced sense, Chouko also inherited great agility from her Father. Quick enough to deflect bullets, Chouko can also scale great surfaces easily.

Strength -

Both Satsuki and Uzu are incredibly strong individuals. Uzu is capable of piercing concrete using a regular shinai and Satsuki is capable of throwing a person several meters using just her sword.

Intelligence -

Inherited from her mother Satsuki, Chouko is one sharp cookie. She is on par with her Mother's intelligence and is accustomed to her methods of reasoning which have become second nature.

Mentality -

Both of Chouko's parents don't play around when it comes to the serious stuff. Uzu had his eyes sown shut after a defeat to prove his loyalty to Satsuki, whilst Satsuki herself planned to death and overthrowing of her Mother from the age of five. Alongside this Satsuki has enduring torture and abuse from over a month, (being held in a steel cage with her arms bound by chain to the roof, dangling on inches from the ground) whilst planning an escape route. Satsuki is also a prep master, hiding shards of her sword underneath her toenails should she be caught and stripped of all of her items.

Secret Sword Bakuzan -

Capable of cutting virtually anything, Bakuzan was forged from Ultra-Hardened Life Fibers, making it ultra-hard and durable against regular substances, requiring incredible strength to break the blade.

I was just checking, mostly because the Amon Devilman is totally ridiculous and I hadn't seen your specification before.

I just blitzed the original Devilman manga, to refresh my memory and to make sure I wasn't talking out of my ass. There are a few things which are slightly suspect but were unquantifiable so they weren't worth worrying about.

That's not Go Nagai's Devilman, thus no cannon, IIRC Nagai's was significantly weaker.

I thought then intention was that this was a sequel / prequel given Nagai's blessing?

As in, it follows the events inbetween the last arc and ending, then also give backstory to the demons which Nagai never had.

Regardless, I'd still make a case against 'canon' Devilman based on the feats of some of the other demons, and him being the second strongest in that universe.

He is clearly above limits, unless Skit is refering to someone else.

Potentially referring to Devilman in his initial run.

It's been a while since I read the original, but this is the same continuity and is the same character.
