@pwok21: Meh...............

It's essentially because of the freezing abilities it gives, and the huge AoE.

@pwok21: He can take bullets but they hurt like hell. More power rounds like a few sniper bullets have enough piercing power to take him down. Durability wise by comics he is over the limits, by miles. Game wise he should be okay.

Ah cool, just checking.

His energy projection seems powerful, but the damage output doesn't seem too excessive either.

He seems to have a lot in his arsenal, but I'm assuming constant use of his powers tends to tire him a lot?

His damage output is lower than bishop's from what i recall. The only moves that compare to bishop is his ionic moves. Which are probably over the limits

But before i have those moves restricted. Look at them yourself. Would you say they are over the limits?(Ignore Ionic drain, that is evil cole)

And yes constant usage of his powers tire him out. But if he recharges he can not only heal himself from damage, he can restore energy like a battery and its charger. But he has to find electricity for that. Like telephone booths, cars, street lights etc. etc.

I'd say that Ionic Freeze is over the limit too, so if you avoid those altogether then that'd be swell.

Durability wise by comics he is over the limits, by miles. Game wise he should be okay. But take note his blunt force durability is different. He can tank rockets and grenades. And can shrug off falls from multistory buildings.

Edit: Forget i said anything about mega. In the comics logically speaking he should be bullet proof. So he is probably too much for this tourney.

Also you forgot to edit in the rest of my points.

  • 1 x Batman's Utility Belt - Twenty Points
  • 1 x Active Camouflage (Halo Reach) - Fifteen Points
  • 1 x Wrist-Mounted Motion Tracker (Range 150m) - Ten Points

Done and done.

@pwok21 Alright.

Robin (Teen Titans)

Psylocke (Marvel)

Stein w/Spirit (Soul Eater)

Robin and Psylocke are fine, provided Betty doesn't use the full extent of her TK (as in, smashing entire buildings with ease).

Soul Eater is tricky.

I mean, Mifune can casually deflect Sniper shots and Stein is above him IMO; so I'd go with my gut feeling and say that Stein is above the limits.

That's fine, how about Scar from FMA?

Scar should be fine, as long as he isn't Kenshiro-ing everyone.

Of course he'd be EOS too, what with that Reconstruction Arm.

@pwok21: If I choose a comic book version of a video game character will it count as comic book?

If so my new team would be

  • Scorpion(Video Game)
  • Dhalsim(Comic book)
  • East Blue Zoro(Anime/Manga)

With so many replies, I've just clocked we have two Scorpions.

Sorry, but Bluejay called him first so I'll have to ask if you can find another character.

@pwok21: hmm...I guess that would be fine, but I assume that its just the transformation and no battle booster, blaster ect...

If he's morphing into the form then he'd gain his weapons that come with.

Holden Carver- Wildstorm ( He has a healing factor, is that ok? I didn't see it in the list)

Jason Todd- DC

Ultimate Hawkeye- Ultimate Marvel

6x Colt M1911s (15 points)

Hawk eyes bow and quiver (20 points)

Adamantium bullets (10 points)

Active Camouflage (15 points

It's a pretty good team, aside from the fact that all three are comic book characters.

The limit to any one category is one character, so one from comics is par for the course.

@pwok21: What about my third choice. I made an edit to the comment you just replied to.

On the wiki it says that Cole has no issues with bullets, is that due to his healing factor or pure durability?

I mean, otherwise he's tanked explosions which have leveled multiple blocks at a time.

@pwok21: Are you refering to the "Death Gate"? It's essentially a "in combat" lure trap.

Well yes, however with her speed and pre-cog it essentially makes it an insured kill regardless within the rules of this Tourney.

@pwok21: Then that 100 percent defeats the purpose of having different categories........... on such a scale its stupid actually.

'Slightly different' in that they are the same character living in minimally different universes.

The different categories are to have diversity, to avoid clones of the same character, so if you ask me it's worked just fine.

What equipment do you want?

@bluejay4 said:

@pwok21: I assumed he was already morphed but not allowed to use the blaster,V lance ect...

It's supposed to be no standard gear.

I could add his morpher to the shop, like I've done for a few character specific items?
