I also recently revisited Secret Wars and was shocked at how poorly it has aged and how badly it was written…I absolutely adored this series when I was younger.

Going back to what one liked in the past, with greater understanding and a broader perspective. Such is an important growth of life.

Even though Soujiro's speed is amazing, he is not even halfway there to what Flash can. Sadly, no.

Watching the prequels of Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

The original series is fantastic. I dare say a masterpiece. It may be old, but it's an amazing space opera. The prequels have been, and although not as awesome as the main series, it's still solid good.

Definitely recommend watching LotGH to anyone who likes space operas or good ideological series.

It's great, but soooo long. I couldn't watch all the episodes.

LotGH is indeed long. 110 eps. Nevertheless, it's completely worth a watch, and there's enough exposition to see everything conclude nicely. A true classic that must be appreciated as it is. You can't really talk badly about the animation because...it is freaking old.

Thanks for accepting the invite. BLAME! is truly better after a second read. I still have to finish reading it a second time, but the art's amazing. A fantastic experience itself.

Aside from the one stating too much Batman (that's impossible) I agree with all of these statements. Catwoman needs to go the way of Katanna and end. Also doing a family comic might be what they will do with Eternal.

I think it is. Don't get me wrong, Batman's awesome. One of my favorite heroes ever. Nevertheless, with so many titles around it's hard to keep track considering there's also a lot of good stuff out there.

Since you've said it so and if you don't mind, I'll invite you to the main site from where I come from: Anicomix. As the name suggest, it's a site for anime and comics. But also for manga and toons too. Our comics population is lower though, but we're working on it.

Aside from that, since you like cyberpunk, have you read BLAME!? If not, it's a manga I'd recommend.

Not really a new member. Joined this place in April last year. I've been mostly commenting on articles, reviews, and battle threads every now and then. I've found a lot of good recommendations here, and it has helped me on my return to reading comics. I must say reading publishers that aren't DC or Marvel has helped a lot.

So just posting around to have an official presentation after all this while.
