Teams, Past & Present, Who I've Loved

Characters who make any comic a hundred times better just by being in them!

This is xerox-kitty's list of fictional crushes past & present. Some are younger characters, but I used to be a younger girl :p

Random list of artists whom I believe make the best eye candy!

An incomplete list of my favourite manga or manhua series.

A list of back issues I need to complete my collection of the ongoing X-Men series that started in 1991, and subsequently continue as New X-Men, X-Men & X-Men: Legacy. Strangely, I thought I had most of these...

A list of back issues that I need to complete my Uncanny X-Men collection. To prevent confusion, this list starts with the birth of the All-New, All-Different X-Men.

All volumes & issues of X-Factor that I need to complete my collection, in order of publication.

When the Age of Apocalypse first came out, I couldn't afford to buy every issue. Instead, I read my brother's copies. The trick isn't finding issues. It's remembering the right issues. So this list is to help me internet shop in future...!

It's been tricky getting back issues of this series. Very few people want to sell the later issues, or at least very few people want to sell them for reasonable prices.

I just keep forgetting which issues I need.

There's absolutely no hurry to get these. Thing is, I used to own the whole series. But for the sake of room, money & bad stories I decided to part with many issues. So this is just for the sake of being a collector, rather then a desire to see c

So far I've picked up a lot of 'X-Force' & X-Statix as cheap back issues. However, there are still a few that elude me...

Once upon a time, I had all issues of the New Warriors (well, all except for one little issue). Then, for some mad reason I gave the whole series away. Not even sold it, just gave it away... It's not been an easy ride to replace those well loved issu

These are harder to find for reasonable prices. So it's easier to compile a 'Got List' as opposed to a 'Want List'.

A mutable list of titles that I purchase on a regular basis. The fact that it's so small screams volumes about the quality of titles available today.

Over the years, on & off, I've managed to pick up a few Spider-Woman back issues from second hand book shops. Ironically, never from comic book shops. Although not a huge fan of the character, I have a great sense of nostalgia for the character b

It appears that the DC series that I loved the most in the 90's ended about a year after I gave up on it. But why is it so hard to find these back issues in England???

Dare I say, they were even better than the JLA? Well, I think they were! Better than Teen Titans too... Stop living in the shadows of other teen heroes, already!

Ah, the lovely Nightstick & his lovely Scott McDaniel drawn bottom. I gave up on this series after the 50th issue as it changed creative teams. Little did I realise that it would go on for another 100 issues! That's 100 more issues of that perfec

The title that restores the Justice League to the big leagues. It seems I still have a couple of gaps in my collection before I gave up on the title...

The original "BoP". A great title about strong female characters, pretty rare these days. But I never quite had all those specials before the first on-going. And of course, all the various gaps towards the end of my collection when I gave up on comic

Icarusflies: Favorites. Kinda self explanatory. No particular order unless it says so in the comment section.

These are the titles I get monthly.

This list is of characters I intend to make out of lego, as part of my Conquest by Lego series. For more information check out my blog, Calculations of Lightning. This list is not all inclusive.Edit: I developed an allergy to the paint I used for the

Completed comic book character Legos. (Check out my gallery for pictures!)Edit: I developed an allergy to the paint I used for these, so the Conquest by Lego project is on indefinite hiatus. :(

Being a hardcore DC fan, I usually don't read any Marvel Comics. But there are some characters I do like.

This is a list of the speedsters of the DCU/Vertigo/Wildstorm [and following the update all the other comic] universe. Hopefully it will be of some use to someone. I will also try to include their current state (Deceased, active, retired, or in limbo

Here is a list of comics I COMMAND you to read! They are just WAY TOO GOOD to ignore! (This list is incomplete)

Characters that just make you go 'WHAT?!"

A list of characters that I'd like to learn more about/read some stories with them in it.

Yeah, NOT an anime/manga fan. But there are still a few (VERY few) characters that I like. Here they are. (I'm not counting Pokémon as anime/manga for the purposes of this list)

Comics that I simply have to read, but which I haven't been able to find…yet.Recommendations welcome!

I think the title is pretty self-explanatory…characters that should never ever ever have died, or if they DID have to die for story reasons or whatever, should not have stayed dead/been replaced with a lame new version.[Brief note: In the case of Jai

I am of the opinion that Bromance refers to two character of the same gender that are BFFs. These are my favorites.

The original Young Justice has moved on...retired, or moved on to other teams (the Teen Titans, etc.) It's time for a new generation of heroes! And so I present to you...the New Young Justice!

These are the characters that I have cosplayed at one time or another...simply for the sake of simplicity I'm leaving out all my little-kid Spiderman/Batman/Superman costumes.
