What's funny about the plane is that it's been with Wonder Woman since her very first appearance. While I haven't read a lot of those early stories, the Amazons were depicted as a highly advance race with technological achievements that exceeded what "man" of that era could accomplish. There was also a lot of Science Fiction elements to her adventures where she visited other planets and such, it's interesting to see how she's evolved.

Can I put in a request to have all of these "Who Should Play Wonder Woman" threads merged?

@w0nd: I think it's all about artist interpretation. In the image to the left, Kenneth Rocafort huge here then in the pages not so much. I prefer my superman somewhere between McGuinness & Ordway.

That's a pretty good fight scene.

This is interesting and considering how long it's taken to get the Trinity War into print, may suggest that Justice League International may have been the original 1/3 of this whole event. After it's cancellation (and subsequent disbandment?) DC & Johns needed to retrofit that missing piece with a new development, hence the Justice League of America.

The lack of popular heavy hitters on the roster of JLA required that Johns helm the title and get Finch to pencil the thing to seal the deal to the consumer, then sweeten the pot with massive variant incentives.

We'll have to wait and see what will come of this :)
