He looks more of a badass in the first, but the second is more likely to be a real mercenary's suit. Hi-Tech gear on the secon one is cool and very practical, but still i prefer old school one.
Olympic level, physically, he's in bulls eye or Clint Barton's range, only he has a greater library of moves, thanks to his great ability (photographic reflexes).
Well, at the end of invincible Iron Man #16 Tony let her fighting hand to hand with madame mask... Well I guess Tony just isn't the same since he started wiping his memories... But back to the point, in the next issue, Madame Mask tells Osborn she let Tony escape, but killed Potts and retrieve the armor.
I personally hope she's somehow alive, but can't find an explanation for her being alive, so i hope you could help me find one if you do think she'll survive.

Yeah, Emil Blonsky is the greatest badass i've seen in a marvel movie, but in abomination form... Well let´s just say i didn't saw him being any related to Blonsky's fighting style or experience was just a green ugly (although cool looking) punchingbag.
