Not ALL of them since there's thousands of characters and hundreds of verisions of many of them.
But a large portion of iconic characters, characrters that serve a a measuring stick on the power scale such as galactus,and commonly questioned characters such as LT,Pr Molecule Man,etc...
Not saying all of these are officals( Everything up to the Freeza saga was),but these are my veiws based on the most accurate calculations I could provide,after great deals of research and experience.
Outside of the offical power levels that I simpily got from canon sources, I'm expecting the 1984 secret wars series to be my most accurate since I know it better than anything else.
(I was in it after all ;P)
