The Hulk could definitely bench press and deadlift a lot of weight but, due to his reliance on anger to enhance his strength, he would not be able to bench press, deadlift or squat as much weight as many other vastly super-humanly strong characters who are able to use correct power lifting competition form because they can use their full strength while maintaining their temper.

To out-bench many other top tier strongman of fiction, the Hulk would have to become quite enraged and in that state of rage his form would definitely breakdown causing his lifts to be disqualified.
