@mysticmedivh: what exactly am I making up? I can admit when I'm wrong, so Galactus has regularly done those feats enough to be able to assume he will commit to them now despite never doing any of them in similar instances?
@thegrayghost: your telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about why? Because I believe the JL can put up a great fight here? Their are no generalizations, your replied to statements I had already clarified before I even hit post. You asked for an instances where the FF beat Galactus, I stated that "I never implied they conquered him". Then I proceeded to explain that he is usually either detoured or negotiated with aside from the Ultimate Nullifier, then I stated that a lack of prep makes this a tougher battle for them. I never claimed to be a FF expert, I read the books just like you. However unlike you I don't need to play you as if you have no real knowledge just because your ideals differ from mines like your doing to me right now.
@mysticmedivh: so we are going for out of character feats for Galactus then!? Cause now it sounds like people are just making up things Galactus can do just because the power cosmic grants matter manipulation. I mean it's quit feasible I just don't see why Big G wouldn't do that to solve all his hunger issues. From what your saying the FF shouldn't even have time to prep or negotiate, they should be dead
@thegrayghost: firstly I stated that I never implied that he had ever been conquered. I clearly stated in my reply to your question that he is either detoured or planned for, I also stated that them not getting prep time similar to the FF makes this a tougher fight. Yet and still with prep he can be beaten by far inferior opponents than the FF, you should re-read my reply there is nothing you said in your reply that contradicts mines. In fact it coincides with it.
However this team together is stronger than any one team of heroes Galactus has ever faced, I don't think it's fair to discount the members of the Justice that are pictured.
@kgb725: Reed lacks the strength and durability for something like that anyway, and their are more than enough powerhouses on this version of JLA to actually put up a swinging fight. I can't count out atleast 5 of them who are stronger and faster than Thing and the FF by leaps and bounds.
@thegrayghost: I'm not implying that they have conquered him, however they usually work out some kind of arrangement to detour him or they have a good deal of prep. I didn't realize that there was no prep for the JL, that makes this a tougher fight. However out of all the forces to go heads up against Galactus, the JLA members pictured would be the best candidates for the job. If you ask me they can make it a hard victory for him. Don't see the point in not giving the JL Prep, seeing as though everybody that faces him in the comics has atleast 24 hours worth of it usually.
@thegrayghost: if FF can come up with ways to defeat galactus, I don't see why a justice League of this magnitude could not. Justice League for the win.
