This is an immortal(as in Death her self said he can't die) who can travel light years in minutes, go intangible, survived being digested by Galactus, took down Silver Surfer while playing with him. @Dex_Starr: Running light years in minutes is proof to me that he can react at nanospeeds but that can be debated another thread. The main point is those scans prove that Runner can beat Darkseid. Runner is too fast and can go intangible. And even darkseid would have a harder time with SS than Runner did.

and every ones reaction time is faster than their foot speed. For Ex: i cant run as fast as a 80mph baseball pitch. But i can react and hit a ball thrown that fast.

Fear Itself was horribly written. They gave no clue as to what reason they were "Worthy". Why was Thing able to pick up a hammer? Why was Thor banished for killing Bor but it was no problem for him to kill the Serpent? But if Odin would have killed Serpent it would have been a problem. Marvel has been disappointing lately.
