Are you saying Adam was the first fictional character in a story and that's why he's the most original? I'm sure there were stories told and written long before that.
That's one of my favorite things I've ever read in a forum.
Leaning towards DC here. The majority of the Marvel team is fodder. Hulk, Thor, Surfer, Galactus, maybe Abom and Phoenix should be trouble. The telepaths have no feats against aliens. Zod (or Zob it seems like everyone prefers) and Faora handle Thor. Clark takes Abom and Hulk. Paralax could probably cancel out Galactus or maybe eve the two lanterns could stop him. The rest get blitzed or hit with heat vision.
I feel like Batman's villains are mostly gimmicks from the 60's. A small percentage of them pose an actual threat to him or anyone else. He is well above most of them in most stats. That said, Batman has two of my favorite villains in Harley and Ivy.
A lot of Superman's villains are capable of ruling worlds and some of them actually do. Outside of the few that are just nuisances, they all are legit worries.
@pokeysteve: How is Trinity non-canon ?, I've heard it said to be non-cannon but no one has actually said how it's non-cannon
It's never been referenced outside of itself. And the story of them first meeting is completely different. Even if it was Cannon the writing was terrible. Wonder Woman was reduced to damsel in distress and doesn't contribute a single thing the entire arc. Wagner sucks.
