If Hulk and Thor distracted Doomsday couldn't say, Wolverine get in a few hits with his claws, Doomsday wouldn't be initially immune to the adamantium so Wolverine could potentially injure him perhaps?
Doomsday has nothing for Logan to harm. He has no internal organs. In a way he's already adapted to Wolvie.
The Hulks can't. You have characters in DC that can just BFR them as they arrive. Guys like Lex and Bruce could do so much with a tissue sample. I feel like the DC heroes are too organized.

Princess Diana as Wonder Woman has had 3 origins (All reboots) since her creation in the early 40's with a few tweaks to her costume.
Carol Danvers has been back and forth as Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Warbird, and Binary since the 60's and that's a different costume each time.
No one can solo dude come on, don't start flame wars. I agree that Justice League curbstomps, but nobody has a chance to solo except Flash.
Of course they can. Hulk and Thor are the only threats and can be isolated. Wouldn't be a clean 10/10 but they can win. Superman and Wonder Woman can BFR if they need too. So could GL. It's not as far fetched as you think.
