WOW --- I love this! I love how everyone is digging the new costume.

Someone before said it has a bit of a victoria's secret feel. I think so too! :)

Ditto.................He draws the hell outta Storm imo. He already had her mohawk down from the "Evolution" pic he made for the Mighty Thor

Yeah- I like it better down (gimme my Xenogeneisis Storm for when she is in her street/casual clothes and Marvel NOW Storm for when duty calls!)

..........................I love just how tiny she looks compared to the sentinel, even though she's about to royally f*ck him up

I'ma need Marvel to pick up the pace though. I know that she's upgraded and such within the world of X, but she needs more material, asap

I know! I just can't get enough of her lately! I hope others feel the same.

@White Mage: Blink gonna be in last stand. She was announced with Colossus last week.

........................................................................................................I'll hurt him...........I'll hurt him good if he screws me.........I will not STAND for this!!!!

This is Blink's only real chance. If he screws her over, it's a wrap. He tends to do good with unnaturally colored people though, so I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt

The cast for this movie is friggin HUGE. I really hope he does Blink justice, we have two teleporters on the field now.

Welllll... here is the plus and negatives.

+ Bingbing is HOT and any role she plays, she is awesome!

+Bryan Singer, as said before, is good an making edgy exotic colored characters come to life.

+ The film altogether seems promising-- especially since the Avengers turned up the heat-- It's time for the X-men to reclaim their top spot.

- Bingbing is still learning English-

(+Although in Resident Evil retribution she sounded pretty good to me and is very talented)

- It's Bryan Singer... Sometimes he is hit or miss. (But let's stay hopeful.)

- Wolverine is in the movie................................................ .....So for all we know this entire cast could be tailored to stroke Wolverine's *BEEP* and have smaller roles than Colossus and Psylocke. lol

But I think Carol is the one that's being shoved down our throats.

Still, not one person saying this has explained how this makes any sense. How is Marvel shoving something down your throat when as a fan of Storm you probably don't read ANYTHING Carol even appears in and her appearances are limited? The fact that Marvel keeps trying with her although she hasn't sold very well isn't "shoving her down your throat". It's called "trying to salvage what you have". Marvel produces books for those characters they think have the best chance of making them some money. They are trying to give you a wide array of books, how that translates as being "shoved down your throat is beyond me".

Her solo never was all that and they keep unearthing it... Stop bringing that crap back, imo. The name change & look doesn't fix anything.

You could say the same about the Punisher,Moon Knight,She-Hulk,Man-Thing,Gambit,Venom,Silver Surfer,Namor,Elektra,Luke Cage,Iron Fist,Black Panther, pretty much everyone who has had a solo and isn't in the top 5 (Spider-Man,Thor,Iron Man,Wolverine,Cap). That's how comics work. The top 2 publishers (Marvel & DC) put out tons of books and less than half of them sell well enough to have any longevity. Marvel is always trying something new with different types of characters, trying to expand that top 5. Characters like Daredevil have been close to hitting that mark but his popularity and comic sales have decline drastically. They aren't shoving characters down your throat because they are attempting to give you some variety. I for one read every issue of Ms.Marvel faithfully. If you want to talk about a book being shoved down your throat, how about AVENGERS? How about the book that has like 5-6 spin-offs? How about X-Men? Don't assume because a book doesn't sell it sucks. There are alot of Eisner winning books that get cancelled and or are on it's last legs.

Vance let's not bump heads tonight.

1) Don't take me out of context and pick apart my ideas

2) I am entitled to my own opinion- like it or not.

3) I did give Carol a chance and do own 2 of her tpbs and other books where she is featured.

4) I wish Ms. Carol Warbird Binary Captian Marvel the best. I just am tired of the bland execution and attempts.

5) I <3 you, Vance. :)

Ms. Marvel is a lot less recognizable than Storm and she has been given 3 on-goings all of which have been flops. They are not wasting her, they are shoving her down our throats and only 10000 or so readers are eating the crow.

How is Marvel shoving Ms.Marvel down your throat when her ongoings and even her appearances have been limited? Ms.Marvel first ongoing was cancelled in 1979. She didn't get another ongoing until 2006. When that was cancelled she didn't get another book for 6 years. Marvel puts out alot of books that people don't bite on, Marvel has tons of characters who have several volumes of ongoings that ended up getting cancelled, the big 2 (Marvel & DC) both have the same cycle.

Storm having 4988 appearances in 38 years seems more like shoving it down our throats than Carol having 1942 in 45 years. That's an average of 131 Storm appearances per year, and 43 Carol Danvers appearances per year.

Plus, she has her own ongoing, and is on one team, which she's not been featured much in yet. That's hardly shoving her down our throats either.

And 18,359 readers 'ate the crow' last month, not 10,000. Not big numbers, but how do you know a Storm series would sell any better?

Hmm.. You seem sided. And you entitled to that.

But I think Carol is the one that's being shoved down our throats.

Her solo never was all that and they keep unearthing it... Stop bringing that crap back, imo. The name change & look doesn't fix anything.

I feel like she is being shoved down our throats if anyone is.

Not to mention- Storm had a serious dry spell when she was married to BP.

Girlfriend went MIA.

So us Storm fans consider this her comeback.

Storm was huge back in the day and we just want to see her restored to her former glory that loved. ;D

Honestly we should be happy for both. They both are doing better than were before.

Cheers to Storm and Carol! :D

@IllyanaRasputin: yeah makes sense. But I STILL want the character Emma Frost to be in the movies :( it makes me mad that she isn't in the present where she belongs

I feel your pain. :(

I am not a JJ as Emma fan, but nobody likes Halle as Storm and I always am looking forward to seeing Storm back.

We are just love our characters and all their different depictions and interpretations.

Fantastic Four and X-men have done cross-overs in the past. Besides Once upon a time the Fantastic Four used to be the 'Avengers' of their day.

It's not the best idea I have ever heard..

But with the right creative direction-- this could work. (I would have preferred Elektra to be unearthed instead)

Beat and Reed working on a device to stop Galactic.

Storm and Sue-- are friends.

Iceman meets the Human torch in movie.

The thing makes any moment comical.

My guesses are;

Puck

Save for the fact that Puck is not a villain.

Oh John! :D --Either was Psylocke. I don't remember Pryo being an x-student. Or even Lady Deathstrike being Strikers personal bodyguard. lol

...You got any better ideas? I would love to hear them. =)

When did Bryan Singer say he was a villain?

I missed that.

@papad1992: I am really not sure who he could be. Puck seemed like the only character I could imagine him playing.

And I am super pumped to see Blink. This is going to be like seeing Mystique in X-men 1 or Nightcrawler in X2 for the first time all over again. :D

Seeing is how they chose an obscure character from the X-Men, makes me believe that Bryan Singer is looking at the big picture! I am a happy fan!

I think this will be a good fit.

1) Bing Bing is amazing.

2) Blink onscreen has potential to have the sex appeal of mystique and the badass coolness/powers of Nightcrawler and Azazel.

3) She also has potential to port the enitre group different places. And that hasn't really been done in the x-films.

Ooh... u think in the X-Men First Class universe, Blink joins the team, and she's the bridge from the past to the future! Porting them back and forth. I know her powers have been described as traveling as far as the moon, but the director has the licence to change that!

I didn't consider that. I meant it would be nice to see the x-men quick travel by group teleport rather than blackbird all the time. Not to mention-- Blink is Badass-- She will teleport your limbs off!

Yes-- he is too tall-- and too much 'generic bad boy/ good guy material' NOT the wolverine I grew up with. :/
