What're everyone's thoughts on the scene with Batman in the strange suit fighting the Superman soldiers? His costume reminds me of his look in Red Son. A worst case scenario bad dream, from Batman's perspective?
@mynameiswill: His portrayal of the character could still be fantastic, even if the look is a bit strange. I agree with you that the tattoos are kind of tacky and make him identifiable. The Joker has always been pretty identifiable, though. He's not really concerned with blending in.
This was actually one of my favorite episodes. It was more story-driven and only focused on a few characters. It wasn't as bloated as some. I felt "in the moment."
Marvel movies are entertaining, but they never really make me feel anything. Even when DC takes a bit of a misstep, their characters make me more emotional. Age of Ultron looks promising, but DC's current slate has me more excited.
I voted for Williams' score, but I enjoyed both, for different reasons. Williams' score captured the essence of Superman and what he stands for, but Zimmer's score immersed the audience in the seriousness of the story.
