i would say Magneto but i know he is not an Omega level mutant, but if memory serves me correctly didnt he at one time possess the power to control the ENTIRE PLANETS electromagnetic all at once. I mean that has to be taken into account to mean something in terms of 'omega' power levels. but if i cant pick him then I'd pick Nate Grey before his recent diluting of his powers. and Iceman as well.

i'm really excited for this book mainly because it has Luke Cage and the Blue Marvel in it. both of these characters are awesome. and im just happy that Blue Marvel is finally getting some shine since he hasnt really been used since his mini series a few years back.

personally i feel that the x-men shouldnt be joining the avengers because the last time i check the x-men save the world, worlds, and the universe just as much the avengers. and i dont see the avenger joining up with the x-men so the x-men shouldnt join them. and as for the ones who are currently on the uncanny team or the regular team, i'd call them traitors but that might seem too harsh. but most specifically that label refers to cannonball and sunspot. they were chilling on the beach talking about how they didnt want to fight on either wolverine or cyclops' teams but as soon they get a call from the avengers they come running to them

i recently caught up on bloodshot and the harbinger wars and i must say i was quite impressed with the book. its written very well, the art could be better at times but its overall a great book. I am interested to see how the H.A.R.D. Corps are going to rescue from Harda and also wanna know if Bloodshot is going to be mindf$%ked by Project Rising Spirit again. interesting times ahead.

@hawk2916: true i think that wolverine being the head master of the school was just a piss poor idea from the beginning if anything it should have been either Storm or Beast.

What do you think would happen if the Jean Grey School was attack by the Red Skull and his anti-mutant forces and some of the students where killed? do you think this would prove to them that they need to always be ready to fight for their very survival like all the other mutants who came before them?

@outside_85: exactly!!!! And also P5 Cyclops fought an entire battle against avengers and x-men while simultaneously fighting a psychic battle with professor x. Yeah Magnex gets a blast from Prof X and just freezes. These writers and their piss poor writing is just an insult to the fans intelligence.

@john_valentine: I could see sunspot fitting rather well on Cyclops' team because he's not really being used in the Avengers to his greatest potential And I'm almost certain that if Cannonball went he'd go. But since both of them consider the Avengers to the 'big leagues' I doubt that they'd leave all that behind

@adamtrmm:

True there are very few things in the world that are plainly good and or evil. Most if the time things fall into that grey area between the two. This is how I view magneto and how he's guiding Cyclops. Also since Cyclops is willing to do what other mutants like Havok and the rest of the avengers won't (fight for mutant rights on the ground level) it makes for some excellent story telling. I also just had a thought about the the first arc in UA, since the Red Skulls attack on New York with humans killing mutants or people with the mutant trait doesn't that make a strong case for Cyclops' whole reason for having his team in the first place.

@adamtrmm: exactly my whole stance on the AVX crossover is that the phoenix should not have even been a part of the event to begin with. they should have figured out a way for the avengers and the xmen to actually battle over something that made sense for them to actually be fighting over.
