Thor would KO Legion before Legion got too out of hand. He just needs to land one shot before Legion is ready for him to take him out, and considering his range of powers, this is pretty likely.

Legion took Storm's lightning, Jean's psi-bolt and Iceman flash-freezing him without even a scratch. Range of powers? What is Thor going to do to a telepathic, precognitive speedster who can warp time in any manner and erase him from existence?

Thor is significantly more powerful than all three of those people; without the Phoenix Force, they are just mutants, and his powers over weather actually exceed in magnitude what Storm and Iceman can do at full force. In terms of Legion, having a whole bunch of powers and reality alteration don't really mean you always win every match.

Anyway, Round 1, Thor should be able to take out Legion, while the multiple personalities are messing with his head. He can be smart if he has to.

Round 2, I still think it depends on whether Thor can land one shot before Legion can do anything too crazy or use his powers on him. If I were Thor, I'd throw Mjolnir at lightspeed to smash through Legion's brain before he can access his powers, leaving a bloody, brainy mess all over the floor.

Round One: Legion's personalities actually did take over his body in the first arc of New Mutants, and he was still basically untouchable. His personalities shifted powers among themselves to match the situation at hand. When he was attacked by Magma, he manifested heat absorption. When he was attacked by Cannonball, he manifested power negation. When the entire team attacked him, he speedblitzed them. When he was injured, he manifested a healing factor. Based on the actual showing, his personalities are well-versed in adapting to the situation at hand. If they decide to kill Thor, he's dead. What is Thor's TP resistance like? Because Legion has stomped Xavier repeatedly in that department.

Round Two: The personality the OP is referring to is called The Legion, and he has full access to all of David's powers. Thor doesn't have a hope against someone like that.

I think I'd be more impressed with Legion if he actually fought against Thanos, Silver Surfer, Galactus, Thor or etc instead of random mutants - I remember the first arc of the New Mutants, and they were nowhere near as powerful as Thor is. It is pretty easy for reality warpers to win without anyone knowing, but their track record in an actual battle is 50/50 overall. A lot of reality warping villains with tons of powers get beaten or outsmarted so I don't necessarily think they can win just because they are so powerful. So, I have to stick with my initial assessment.

Is movie iceman omega-level? Either way, he gets this win.

No. I think the only mutant that was confirmed to be on that level was Jean in the movie-verse. Even then, the classification system placed Jean as a Class 5 by Callisto, and Callisto indicated that Magneto was a rank beneath her. The movie version needed to concentrate to do things that the comic version could do in an instant.

Since these are the movie versions, I'll will go with Captain America. He has better feats of agility, speed and strength whereas Iceman didn't do much in the trilogy. Even in X-3, is ice form was more like a layer of frost instead of what it is in the comics. I'm surprised anyone thinks the movie version of Iceman would win that easily; Iceman tries to freeze Captain America, Captain America dodges, throws his shield at Bobby's head, and Iceman is KOed. There is a vast difference between movie Iceman and the version in the comics.
