Strong Guy should be able to take this, as long as his heart is in good condition. Guido could probably punch a hole, literally, through Bane's chest, MK Fatality-style.
Doesn't microwave radiation disturb magnetic fields? When magnets get too hot, for example, they lose their polarity. I like Lorna, but Firestar may be able to put a serious dent in her force fields and energy projection due to the nature of her powers. And bad things tend to happen when microwaves interact with chemicals. /science
I don't think there is anything Storm can do to hurt him. Same problem she faces with Magneto; weather is influenced by electromagnetic pulses. Dr. Po could turn her lightning against her, cooking her inside out.
That's not her only damn weapon for goodness' sakes.
Didn't say it was. I gave a single example based upon a similar feat which Magneto used against her.
Okay, just that i always see the same statement anytime it's Storm vs someone with Magnetic powers.
BTW, that occurence was PIS just so you know.
I don't think so; it's less PIS or worthless than some of the feats writers dumped on her. Doesn't really matter, though; Magneto has done the same multiple times so it's pretty established that magnetic energy can interfere with her powers when it's someone as powerful as Magneto.
Odin should win based solely on the fact Immortals was a diabolically awful movie
It was pretty the few times the gods were on-screen. But despite that, it had better feats for it's characters than "Thor" did. And I thought "Thor" was great. I'm using an image from it as my profile pic.
Those feats were nothing compared to Thor's feats. Remember him going through the mouth of that beast, beating Destroyer, shattering rainbow bridge, killing numerous frost giants etc.
Do you remember Poseidon causing a tidal wave by a simple dive, Ares killing multiple people in an instant, the gods battling the Titans near the prison? The movie didn't make much sense, but they had more feats than Thor did.

@buttersdaman000: I'd like it if we came up with a list of each characters most obvious PIS/WIS feats/showings so they can be treated appropriately in the battle forums lol.
With prep, I would say both has an equal shot of defeating or imprisoning the other. Prep means everything to magic users. If this was a random meeting and neither was prepared, then I'd give it to Umar, though.
Storm only commands one element: Air. Everything else is a subset of that. She cannot "create" moisture (rain) in the atmosphere, she has to pull it from somewhere else using air. Lighting is generated via static from the movement of clouds via air. She really only influences air. And I am not certain when it was changed in canon (or even if it actually was)but Storm cannot create weather. She has to manipulate existing weather to do what she wants, or pull weather from somewhere else to do so. Thor is the one that can actually create weather out of nowhere.
I'm not sure about the first part of your statement about air, but the last two sentences are pretty accurate based on the UHotMU and her various showings. Some writers aren't so good at explaining this, though. Her powers are supposedly more akin to using a psionic energy or telekinetic fields to manipulate weather patterns, and while it appears that she is creating it out of nowhere, there was an X-Men Annual where it was shown from her viewpoint: to her, she was moving energy patterns to get the effect she wanted, not willing it out of nowhere. Technically, she doesn't manipulate or control air or water at all - that is more like Crystal's power. This is why beings with control over elemental powers, like Thor and Enchantress have nullified her powers and why Crystal can use air and water in ways Storm cannot (without massive doses of WIS).
So video game characters with fixed game mechanics are being compared with inconsistent comic characters with only their high showings cherry picked. Well video game characters lose 100/100 times under this condition.
