I doubt it when you consider what Doug is capable of.

I've already considered what Doug is capable of and I came to the determination that he'd get one or two blows in before getting savagely beaten by the superior skills and strength of Bane. Ability to read body language does not a martial artist master make, and Bane has enough feats under his belt that it's believable that he would tank a few blows from Doug just to do something that Doug can't counter. IE: Reading body language isn't going to help you when you are in a grappling hold and have your neck snapped because you lack training and strength to reverse or break out of it. I'd be convinced if he defeated Daredevil, Elektra, Iron Fist, Captain America or another dedicated martial artist, though. This battle would become even more slanted if Bane figured this out and then blinded or hit Doug with a sneak attack, in which case Doug wouldn't be able to see or hear to react.

Invisible Woman wins. She gets extra points for style if she does what sandiego008 suggests.

the Stormtroopers win by weight of numbers.

Great points made in here. I think the She Hulk side made the stronger points, though - she should be able to take the majority, even though this won't be a stomp by any means nor a full-on brawl. Donna would make her work for the win, dodging, using grappling moves to set up counter-attacks and etc., but once She Hulk lands a few hits, Donna would be on the ropes.

After the X-Men vaporize the normal humans, they get onstage to sing Karaoke.

Pixie should be able to get a soft KO by using her pixie dust to make Kate think she's fighting unicorns. Pixie can then sneak up behind her and smack her on the back of the head.

Does Pixie have her powers or are you restricting them for this battle?
