nope, it was a TV pilot last year some time... done by the same people who did smallville... the main lead, AC, is played by the guy who does Green Arrow in Smallville (can't remember his name)

if you can get hold of it it's actually a really good pilot to watch... it's definitely on Vuse in HD, think you can get it on Itunes in .mov as well
