2003 versions, either one would solo casually.

1987-1996 versions, Raphael would solo casually, but Shredder wouldn't.

IDW versions, Team 2 wins casually.

Mirage versions, probably Team 2.

Depends on which version. If it's the IDW then I can't really say since I never bothered to read any of that, but from what I'm hearing they haven't shown anything that impressive so far in the IDW.

If it's 2003 versions, then either one would solo casually. If it's classic 1987-1996 versions, then Raphael would still solo, though I'm not to sure about Shredder. (Unfortunately I can't bring up any videos since their all blocked on Youtube, but the Classic Turtles lifted a van, out-muscled giant monsters, dodged lightning bolts, and survived a black hole.)

Classic 87-96 TMNT: The most underestimated version of the Turtles, they survived a black hole and they also tanked a blast from the Starchild. (planet level durability), but then again from what I hear Wolverine also has planet level durability not to mention that healing factor, so he's got a slight advantage in durability due to hax. The Classic Turtles have also dodged lightning bolts before at close range, out-muscled giant monsters, and have shown to be move faster than the human eye can follow. They also lifted a van (class 1+ for each turtle), so their stronger and faster than Wolverine. Oh and if you want I'll add in those Super Mutant Forms from seasons 9-10, (Class 50) They'd be knocking his sorry self around like it's nothing. Turtles stomp.

Comic Book TMNT: Or as I like to call them, the MIRAGE Ninja Turtles, ya know, those overrated black and white ones? The most OVERestimated version of the TMNT. I've read a good amount of their comics, there is absolutely NOTHING they have that really compares to their cartoon counterparts, just because they actually use their weapons to shred blood doesn't instantly mean, "OH THEIR DA STRONGEST VERSION OF DA TURTLEZZ!" Regardless, I believe they might be able to pull off a win with effort, though I'm not sure.

Live-Action TMNT: Wolverine stomps in seconds.

2003 TMNT: These Turtles aren't QUITE as powerful as the classic cartoon versions, but their definitely comparable. They appear more skill, and their a lot more relentless and quick to act. They win with SOME effort.

Both are giant planet busters that rely on malevolent darkness, soooooooo......

Anyway, here are some feats from both of them.

Dark Gaia:

-Tore the Earth apart into 7 large pieces with his hands

-From there, Gaia was basically covering what was left of the world with his dark energy, which I think may have took him DAYS to do so but during his fight with Gaia Colossus it was revealed that Dark Gaia wasn't really using that power to it's fullest and almost instantly covered the world in darkness.

-Can summon very powerful energy attacks

-Can transform into Perfect Dark Gaia

Tengu Shredder:

-Destroyed a city by looking at it

-Caught a punch from a Superman wannabe and threw him into orbit with no effort at all

-Was slowly reality warping the planet and like Dark Gaia, he didn't really bother using that power to it's fullest.

-Can grow in size up to heights that rival the Empire State Building

-Can summon powerful dark magic attacks

-In his dragon form, he EASILY broke through the powers of three keystones that contained and channeled the mystical energies of the entire planet.

-Can mind-rape

-Matter manipulation (turned a sword into a demon snake)

-Very skilled martial artist

-Telekinesis

-Can transform into a Dragon form where basically his powers are increased immensely

I believe that's just about it. I personally believe Gaia has a slight advantage, but I dunno.

Ok i have no problem if you include Super Sonic in the battle forums, but stop giving him Unlimited Super .

Super Sonic is invincible, how are you suppose to beat him if he's invincible forever? it's either Sonic wins or Stalemate.

Super Sonic cannot go Super forever, stop giving him the ability to do so.

The entire point of Super Sonic is that Sonic has a temporary powerup that gives him the edge for short period of time. Stop giving Sonic abilities he doesn't have.

TL;DR: Unlimited Invincibility forever on a character cannot make a good battle, so stop using it as that

Except Super Sonic ISN'T invincible, and saying that he is would be a No Limits Fallacy.

He's not invincible, he just has universal durability granted by the power of the Chaos Emeralds. He was able to sustain the form for about a week at best, (rings are silly game play mechanics, it's all a matter of how well you tap into the power of the Chaos Emeralds)

He can still be damaged by high-tiers.

Unless game mechanics are allowed for said battle, but I honestly try to stay away from most game mechanics since some of it's just retarded.

@PerfectNazo: Ok even with equal strength Godzilla fries him with one atomic breath. Giving Kong equal strength doesn't make him tougher. Godzilla just nukes him.

Didn't a weaker Kong tank that already in the film?

If it's done for real, no PIS, Godzilla landslides this fight. Kong is not as strong, as durable, has no ranged abilities, and has never beaten anything remotely close to Godzilla's power. Using any version of Godzilla, Godzilla wins (unless it's the PIS version used in the King Kong vs Godzilla movie).

It is. Check out the OP. They're the same size, and Kong gains the power needed to fight him.

Both are the same size just like in the movie.

Kong gains power by being struck by lightning, and is now strong enough to fight Godzilla.

Who wins? Fight takes place in NYC. Last time it was a stalemate but the fight was left unfinished.
