The 2003 series?! Turtles stomp. Class 5-10 strength, lightning bolt reactions, city level durability, and mastery in multiple different martial arts aren't something easily over-looked.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSZ-4jhyejA 4:05 they tank blows from mutants so powerful that it causes the entire city to shake and tremble due to the amount of force.

Afterwards, skip to 11:10; Leonardo lifts the T-Rex's mouth open while inside it. The T-Rex was also trying to close it's mouth as Leo pushed against it. I assume the jaw alone weighs 2 or 3 tons, now the bite force, according to sources I found online, contains a force of about 5-9 tons. Leo lifts it with medium effort.

Now go to 12:00, Leonardo moves on a fleet of missiles.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOTdABadyoA 11:35, they react to lightning bolts being shot at them at close range though the intense force of the bolts send them flying back.

The turtles are not even close to batmans Martial arts skill. For one thing Batman is stronger than the turtles Although this seems to change in different comics and episodes.

Second Batman Knows about 127+ Martials and has mastered them. Thats even more than Splinter knows.

All the videos you have posted have been done by batman or have been outclasse by him and the justice league many times.

Scans please? From what I hear Batman's only peak human. The Turtles, as my video proves, are in the class 5-10 range and have lightning bolt reactions.

Batman one shotted sinestro with a batarang.

He also dogged Darkseids omega beams

....Your point being?

And how fast are Darkseid's omega beams?

TMNT turns into dragons and eats the Bat-Family

If you thought their dragon forms were something, then just wait 'till you see the reality destroying cyber suits Donatello invented. xD

Unfortunately though, they could only manifest the cyber forms in cyberspace. :/

Not like any of these forms are needed though, really.

Timmy stomps due to ridiculous wishing abilities. This indeed needs more of a limit.

As for Jimmy, I highly doubt his opponents are just gonna stand there while he spends MINUTES, if not longer working on something....

@Bossmonster: Not all of it is inconsistent, in fact about 70% of the feats are anything but.

But of course it depends on which season we're talking about. Seasons 3 and 4 were really the only seasons that had a few inconsistent feats, the rest of it however are pretty well balanced. I know this, I own the entire series on DVD and I've watched the episodes back and forth multiple times.

Plus, those feats I showed were from the very last season of the show, and at that time the series became a whole lot darker and took on a new turn, taking itself a little more seriously for a change. Shredder and Splinter are physically far beyond that of any ordinary human.

Even in the classic series, Shredder, despite portrayed as a comic relief villain, was still a force to be reckoned. He had great power and great alien technology-thing is, he just.... didn't really know how to use it properly. lol I believe it was stated in one of the episodes that Krang had conquered entire dimensions in hours, just to let you know.

Back on topic, Shredder should be on par with the Turtles, if not a little stronger than one of them, so he's most likely a class 1+, maybe a class 2. (The Turtles lifted a van, that's one ton for each turtle that lifted it)

In terms of speed, actually the speed in this series is ridiculously broken. There are speed feats where the Turtles have casually dodged lightning bolts or moved so fast that they disappeared and reappeared right in front of someone in the blink of an eye.

I'm afraid I couldn't find this anywhere on Youtube, so I had to resort to checking it out on other sites- http://www.watchcartoononline.com/teenage-mutant-ninja-turtles-episode-189-a-turtle-in-time --- Skip to 02:15

Oh and after that, skip to 03:50, pretty sure this counts for something; Shredder withstands the intense gravity of outer space trying to suck him out. He was running and moving around quite well too.

So who wins here?

Fight takes place inside the Earth's core, which obviously isn't the right environment for Chaos, though he may be able to flood the core with water from above if possible.

If it's the 2003 and Classic cartoon versions, then the Turtles solo with medium effort.

Any other version would most likely lose.

Round 1: I'd say Shredder, if he can get his hands on him. Both move much faster than the human eye can follow.

Round 2: Same as Round 1, 'cept this time Shredder's even faster, stronger, and a whole lot more durable. Shredder wins casually.

Round 3: Shredder stomps. Just a few good hits would take Bishop down for good.
