Hey G-Man I have a question for you. Do you believe that there is any truth to the rumor that the Next Batman "Arkham" game will serve as a prequel that takes place during DC's silver age of comics? If so how would a game like this be impacted by the many recent continuity changes within the DC Universe itself?

I'm pretty sure that its not telepathic abilities that the phoenix force must consume to survive, but rather empathic abilities. The phoenix force thrives on the emotions and sensations of other life forms; whether they are love, happiness, and joy---or anger, frustration and sorrow. So the least likely candidates for a suitable host is someone who is more emotionally stunted. Someone who prefers to keep those emotions in check. I.E. Namor would be a good candidate because he is always angry. Hope summers might be a good choice because she might be biologically related to Jean Grey, and therefore has the same empathic abilities that jean once did. It could even be Red Hulk because he is a raging brute.etc.

Overall there is a good chance for the phoenix to take over characters on each side. since there are so few people with emotional safeguards.

I'm a little upset that Mariko Yashida's death isn't anywhere in the top 50. I mean come on wolverine committed assisted suicide on the woman he was previously engaged too. And he still hasn't gotten over it.
