He had them, and lost them, we don't know how. I he mentions that he used to have them and in spider island all the people who got powers from his DNA had them so it's still in there. I think they just ignored it originally, I was hoping spider island would explain it but they just made it more confusing by giving them to Cain.

Avenging Spider-Man is ending and being replaced is Spider-Man team up or something. (maybe he's getting the boot from the avengers)

This is the 2nd tier, or maybe third, iv been gone a while. Also I thought Moon Knight had lost. Also also, i dont care for either so I vote for Chocolate.

I completely disagree with the Chicago assessment Living in Chicago I got super excited when I heard that he was going to move there, but have been very disappointed with the execution. It feels like the writer/artist have never even been to Chicago before. Just because the city has an elevated train, and there is (a poor representation of) the Sears Tower in the back drop of every panel doesnt make it Chicago. Also theres an Alderman thrown in to make it more Chicago-y. It feels like Gotham with some Chicago stuff in it. Thinking about it now, my problems more about the art than the story, but over all Im pretty unhappy with it.

Silver Surfer could just create gold. Also, he would have to spend soooooooooooooo much money to cause inflation. Even if he lived a billionaire lifestyle creating all him gold he needed, it wouldnt really mess up the world too much http://what-if.xkcd.com/23/
