Not as martial artist or even h2h combat fighters or whatever. But they do have their own thing. Plus Batman could fight with a Blank Mind.  
Its not like he thinks about his moves. they just rather flow. 
 
True that about Ken. I forgot. 

I just dont see How Mister X could take the likes of Batman. I mean with all of his gadgets and all of those fighting tactics and stealth and overall agility and speed. I mean Batman has taken some of the craziest and strongest such as Joker, Bane, Killer Croc, and even the Scarecrow, I dont see how Batman Would loose to Mister X.  
 
I am not saying Mister X blows. But I read JLA vs Avengers and I saw how Batman took on Batroc,(I think thats his name) And in one of the Boxes he knocked out The Taskmaster. 
I wouldnt say it would be easy for Batman. But I believe Batman would take it. Now on the other hand Ken. 
 
I think Ken is fast aswell and also Ken has moves such as the Hadouken and probably could unlock the satsu no hado like Ryu from what I think. Not sure if he can or not. 
I mean Ken could probably take on guys such as M Bison of all people. M bison is a beast.
