time is very powerful weapon. since superman and flash are just super fast. zoom is actually a slow normal walking guy.. but to control time, how is any one with out the same power or super smart able to stop someone who controls times?

I'm pretty sure he doesn't have super speed, but I think he has some form of super endurance, since he was able to run around the world.
Black Bolt never has and he never will use his voice against a foe as his first move. Before he realizes he has to use his voice to beat WW, she will have already taken him down. Wonder Woman could probably outrun the quasi-sonic scream anyways.
