Issue #2, Vol. 1, of the Furious Fist of the Drunken Monkey series, deals with Chip and his sidekick Al the talking toad. After Chip takes Al to the vet, he has to fight a bank robber known as "The Exhibitionist". This second installment, and last with Imperium, is much funnier than the first, with several sight gags and references to comics. Furious fist is creator Rich Stahnke's first attempt at creating his own comic book. The art is in black and white, but doesn't take away from the story. Stahnke's art is simple and he has some problems with keeping the facial expressions of his main characters the same, but overall not bad, just not much detail. The main story deals with the title character, Chip. Chip is a talking ape who apparently likes to drink to excess and can't keep a job.
