Really, Quesada was right on the fact that DC writers clearly don't know what to do with Superman anymore... I hate to admit it but Joe Q was right for once...

You understand that the rest of the world regularly buy comic books in this format? French comics are somewhat similar, though the majority are hard cover and the marvel and dc comics european editions are published in magazines that collect every hero adventures. Like you buy a spider-man and it has all the spidey titles published in a month (or all the issues of "amazing" accordingly). And these are magazines, not paperbacks since they are sold in newsstands and have less elaborate binding. And even in Japan people get magazines that feature an array of creators and series apart from the usual tankobons which dominate as a manga format elsewhere. Magazines are the dominant species world wide because they have a format that's more flexible and more easy to access than paperbacks and give the reader a more satisfactory and complete reading than a 22 page issue.

Awesome list for all people who love some Animal Kingdom squeezed in their comics! Excellent!

Nice to see people appreciating "Red Hood and the Outlaws".... I have to say that sometimes it lacks cohesion and some plot points are thin but it's such a fun read plus it's maybe the first time I really got to like Jason Todd ( for me that's a great accomplishment).
