This is Vrakmul's account, I got ahold of Kahzekmoses and he said I could use it.
Old One Eye is a unique Tyranid Carnifex with the ability to regenerate itself from mortal wounds that was first spotted in the year 40,755. Its body bears the scars of many blows that should have killed it, and rumours persist of Old One Eye being killed more than a dozen times. It is armed with a pair of huge, crab-like claws capable of ripping even the hardest foe to pieces.
Old One Eye spearheaded Hive Fleet Behemoth's assault on Calth, swatting away Imperator Class Titans as if they were insects. Its rampage was stopped when a forgotten hero of the Imperium fired a plasma gun through its eye and into its brain. This shot was the first time Old One Eye was brought down, and it is still unable to regenerate its eye and is permanently scarred with a plasma burn running across its skull. Decades later after Behemoth had been driven from Calth, a band of smugglers stumbled across its body frozen intact in the ice-packs of Calth. They thawed it out hoping to get a bounty for the corpse, but Old One Eye's grievous wounds instantly began to heal. It soon awoke and slaughtered the smugglers. Isolated from the Hive Mind a Carnifex reverts to its instinct to mindlessly kill, and so Old One Eye's release heralded a series of Tyranid raids on Calth. Land conveys were destroyed, hab-domes smashed and entire populations massacred. Lesser Tyranid creatures such as Termagaunt and Genestealer, also left behind from Behemoth's invasion, were drawn to Old One Eye's presence as a dominant leader. The people of Calth cried out for aid, and they were answered by Scout Sergeant Telion of the Ultramarine. Telion tracked down Old One Eye, but found it difficult to pierce its armoured flanks. As Telion's warriors were cut to pieces by the beast, Telion made a one-in-a-million shot that hit its ruined eye-socket with a plasma cannon. Old One Eye was overcome with pain and stumbled into a cavernous ravine. Telion led a search for the body, but Old One Eye was never found.
The eventual fate of Old One Eye is unknown, but there have been several reports of Carnifexes matching its description causing havok across Ultramar and beyond. If all the legends are true, then Old One Eye has been killed more than a dozen times.
Old One Eye's ability to heal damage inflicted on it during combat has given rise to theories of it being an unstable mutation, an experiment in rapid cell regrowth, abandoned by the Hive Mind. But with the arrival of Hive Fleet Leviathan this mutation has become nearly a standard on every Carnifex.
Old One eye arrived in the 21st century of the Vine Prime universe by a quirk of fate. After ripping the warp flesh of a daemon prince, the hateful servant of Tzeentch banished it through the warp, where it tumbled to and fro before finally being spat out on a world held by the Keresh Empire. The beast awakened and immediately started a rampage, killing everything in sight until a Keresh Kill team could put it down with a massive anti-tank blast to the eye, which caused it to flail around in pain and seemingly collapse.
Taking Old One Eye's body as a trophy, the team preserved it in cyrostasis, but as they let it thaw once they brought it to a taxidermist on a Novian World, the beast began to regenerate and come back to life. With a terrifying roar, Old One Eye came back to life and slaughtered everyone in the complex, leaving nothing but a long trail of spattered gore in it's wake, smashing apart Novian military robots and civilians alike, rampaging unstoppably until a series of freeze tanks could roll in and put it on ice once again.
For a decade the beast would remain frozen, until the Zeta Reticulan Hierarchy invaded and destroyed the Novian civilization, and a curious commander would take the frozen monster into his possession and carry it on his ship. But when the vessel was attacked by a green lantern strike force, Old One Eye once again began to thaw. The leading green lantern was vaporized by a blast of bioplasma, while his partner was cut in half by a snap of Old One Eye's pincers as it went on a rampage through the ship until he could be lured into an escape pod and shot off into space.
Eventually, a Kree vessel would pick up Old One Eye's hibernating form, thinking that it would make an unusual and exotic trophy, but as soon as breathable matter began to fill it's lungs once again it once again repeated the horrific cycle, slaughtering thousands of Kree within a matter of hours before it could be teleported off the ship onto the planet of earth, where the Black Hand would fi then freeze it for safe keeping, knowing full well of Old One Eye's destructive power, they would use it as a secret weapon to unleash upon their foes while leaving no one the wiser as to whom was truly responsible for the destruction it would cause
Powers
- Strong: Old One Eye's strength is practically immeasurable, he can crush Adamantium as if it were aluminum foil between his mighty claws,
- Resistant to Harm: It takes an enormous amount of force to cause any damage to old one eye at all due to the strength of his exoskeleton and carapace.
- Durable: Even if one can harm old one eye, he can take enormous amounts of damage. Feel no Pain: Old One Eye does not Feel Pain unless hit in his old wound.
- Regeneration: Seemingly fatal wounds can be healed within moments by old one eye, though he usually plays dead long after he has recovered to maximize the surprise that his return would cause. Old One eye is actually unkillable, if so much as a single complete set of it's DNA remains, it will begin to regenerate into full, and even if somehow destroyed beyond all possibility of regeneration, the Hive Mind can simply reincarnate it.
- Play dead: Old One Eye can fake death, and if he does so, there is no way to determine if he truly is dead or is merely pretending to be so.
- Biomorphs: Old One Eye has access to a truly enormous amount of Biomorphs which can provide him with different weapon, armor, equipment, travel, and miscellaneous symbiotes. Typically however, the ones most worthy of note are his ranged weapon biomorphs, which include a peculiar ability to launch explosive balls of spines that can puncture metal and rip flesh in a considerable area across a sizeable distance, being host to a swarm of strange beetles that build up enormous amounts of static electrical charge that can be shot forth like a flamethrower, and the ability to vomit forth huge bursts of bioplasma that can sear through virtually any armour.
- Extreme Omnivore: Old One Eye Can Eat, Breathe, and Drink any substance without ill effects. He can create a vacuum by rapidly inhaling all the air within an enclosed space, which will be fatal for everyone else, but as he does not truly need to breathe; he will be unaffected
Berserk fury: When in combat, Old One Eye can strike with surprising amounts of speed, launching furious assaults that unleash dozens of swings in a short amount of time that can prove to be virtually impossible to parry, especially when combined with it's mighty strength.
- Immune to polymorph: Old One Eye's healing factor makes it immune to any sort of effect that would change it's shape, such as the petrifying glare of a medusa or a sorcerer's polymorph spell. This also means it is immune to disease, even including supernatural ones such as the zombie virus or vampirism.
- Alpha beast: Other predatory beasts with animal level intellect are cowed before Old one eye, and follow it like they would a leader of a pack.
