Wow, I have never seen such an angry outpoor on this site. Everytime I look at all these cries of "no, stop this, we don't want this," I keep thinking back to how Marvel has publicly stated many times now that they do not read reviews or opinions online, they only look at the sales of their books to determine what readers want. It makes me think of what a flawed system that is, because as this article states, this will have a huge impact on the origin of the X-Men, and if you're an X-Men fan then that means you almost have to pick it up even if you don't want to. It's like if a teacher tells you "You don't have to come to class today, but we will talk about exactly what will be on your test." So as much as you want to skip class, you know if you do then you will be completely behind on what you now need to know.

Well to everyone on this site who has come out and said they are against this book, I beg you, put your money where your mouth is. If dollar signs is the only thing Marvel understands (and even think that's a philosophy worth bragging about) then simply vote with your wallet and don't buy it.

I think Civil War would be too difficult to pull off in the movies, especially since it would absolutely not end on a high note and you kind of need that. Secret Invasion is a possibility, but I don't want all of the Avenger's enemies to be from space. I would really love to see a new story involving some of the Avenger's classic enemies, like Ultron and Kang.

Is it just me, or does PG's new costume looks like an 80's track suit? I'm all for updating her costume, but it's kind of sad when fans on the internet can come up with much better looking redesigns than DC...

I would take any one of these costumes over what they're going with right now.

That's something I realized right after the DCNu relaunch, I just started typing into DA searches for fan redesigns of costumes and I don't know why but it does seem like 75% of fans on the net can come up with better redesigns than both DC and Marvel.

Maybe DC should start calling some of these people to hire them for costume concepts... and fire whoever's designing some of these godawful ones.

Yeah, I can't believe that Jim Lee would let such horrible costume designs make it to print, he should really fire whoever it is that's creating them... what's that? ... Jim Lee himself is creating these horrible designs? ... Oh...

Should she be blamed? Nah, but Bendis should be.

Only four out of five stars? Comicvine's lowest score for a big crossover book yet.

The Osborn mini-series that introduced many of these characters was amazing... so of course Bendis felt the need to take those characters and make them cosplay and act out of character. Not saying another writer might not be able to salvage it, just saying its already off to a bad start.

It does take a tad away from the experience if they always win, but is it just me or does it seem like for the past five or six years the heroes have kind of been getting shut out. All the mutants losing their powers at the end of House of M, Cap going to jail and dying in Civil War, hell even the Heroic Age had a higher fatality rate than Dark Reign.

Just wondering but will we continue to have Quest on these sites? They're one of my favorite things to do on the pages.
