Yet Another Alternate Dreadnaught account.
The salty slaughterer
A mutant in the Black Hand's Shadow Cult, Raymond Giles was born to a family in the late sixties that had been working in the Black Hand's shadow cult for generations, bred for useful mutations, Raymond began developing an enhanced physicality, a healing factor, shark like skin, gills, and incredibly sharp claws and teeth as he grew older. Ishmael saw what he was becoming and Indoctrinated Raymond deeper into the Shadow cult, a subsect of the Black Hand that takes care of most of it's more subtle workings such as sabotage and assassination.
Ishmael would train the child into becoming the monster he resembled. He committed his first murder by age five, and by the time he entered adolescence, he had already killed hundreds of people. His preferred method was to rip his targets limb from limb and then devour as much of them he could to leave behind minimal evidence and make it look like an animal attack rather than a human committed murder, confounding investigators while the Black hand went off to commit more murders.
As he grew older, he became more powerful, he became stronger, he healed faster, he became faster, his senses more acute, and his features increasingly less human. He killed more and more people, leaving bloody corpses in his wake in service to the black hand. He was eventually brought into the inner circle of the Shadow Cult, and then of the Black Hand itself as he gained noticed from the Dark Triad that lead the Black hand. By the time he was an adult, he was part of the Black Hand's cocentric rings of metahuman lieutenants, lieutentants of lieutentants, patsies, right hands, second in commands, and so on that surrounded the Triad.
Raymond took many names, but has the nickname of O'chunks, because that's all he leaves his opponents in. He doesn't seem to overly mind the nickname, He has more important things to worry about, such as how to carry out his next mission and what he's going to sink his teeth into next. Over the years, his body has continued to mutate and evolve, growing constantly more powerful and making pinpointing the specifics of his abilities difficult for observers.
He targets everyone from U.N officials, to emperors of alien worlds, to commanders of the Ordo Astartes, people all across the universe have felt his limitless bloodlust. He takes bloody pride in his grizzly work, collecting trophies to reminisce about especially brutal or challenging jobs and hopes to one day kill one of the legendary saints of the Ordo Astartes, who are some of the longest standing foes of the Black Hand
He is loyal to Ishmael, the Shadow cult, and the Black hand in that order. He is distrustful of the Epsilon Order, the Shadow Cult's primary rivals in the Black Hand's organization of subsects, regards the Fraternity of the Scorpion to be cannon fodder, respects the Icon's Confessors as the religious heads of the Black Hand, believes the Administratus Nox to be glorified pencil pushers, thinks little of the Cabal of the Unliving that rules the Black hand, is uneasy around the Legion of the Nightbourne due to their undead nature, is quite lecherous towards the Sorority of the Spider, and believes the Marked of the Triad to be a bunch of worthless robots and cyborgs, good for a distraction.
He himself has three lieutenants, Barracuda, a female deep one hybrid he recruited from the sunken city of R'lyeth, Lusca, a ferocious Kraken, and Vzalmikron, a mighty Aboleth mage from another dimension. Whether or not he is involved with barracuda is unconfirmed, and he himself never really comments on the matter. He is barred from diplomatic matters after an incident involving delegates from Mu and Atlantis and the planet Glisce 581e.

Age: 47, Born on August 18th, 1965

Skin tone: White underbelly, dark-grey-blue back.
Real name: Raymond Giles
Aliases: The Great White Slayer, Tigershark, Captain Mako, O'chunks, Carcharodon, the bloody slayer.
Powers and abilities
Healing factor: Raymond has a healing factor on the level of a bone claw wolverine when normally fed, it gets faster if he's eaten recently and slows down if he hasn't eaten. Any sort of food will do, but meat is best. The healing factor also makes him immune to diseases and poison, including vampirism, lycanthropy, and zombification. He has stated that Zombie meat tastes like crap though, and generally will not eat them unless there's no other choice. His healing factor also makes him tireless and locks him in his physical prime
Omnivorous: Raymond is capable of eating virtually anything without ill effect, though he prefers food that tastes good for obvious reasons, especially meat, rare meat is best to his palette.
Camoflauge: Like a cuttlefish, Raymond can adjust the texture and colour of his skin to appear invisible to help him sneak up on a target.
Claws: Raymond's fingers and toes end in claws capable of shearing even carbon nanotube plating and scratching diamonds, easily capable of cutting through flesh. He is also capable of launching ranged attacks by slicing at the air hard enough to create shockwaves directed at a distant foe that are as powerful as particularly strong slashes from him.
Teeth: Raymond's teeth are even more formadible, capable of scratching and just barely piercing Second grade adamantium, while his jaws have enough strength to dent, but not pierce first grade adamantium.
Strength and durability: Raymond has the strength and durability of a class ten metahuman. He's twice as strong and durable when in the water or thoroughly soaked, such as in pouring rain. Salty water further doubles his strength. Being well fed further doubles his strength, and being fully engorged once again doubles his might.
Speed and agility: Raymond reacts nearly sixty times faster than a normal human and is capable of running at about one hundred miles per hour on land and at the same speed in the water.
Shark skin: Rubbing Raymond the wrong way applies quite literally, as his skin is covered in countless small teeth, those grappling with him would do well to keep this in mind lest they cut themselves up trying to hold him down.
Amphibious: Raymond can function equally well on land and water.
Enhanced senses: Raymond's senses are vastly enhanced, his sense of smell and hearing have virtually no peers in the world, and his sense of sight is roughly fifty times keener than a human's and can see in more of the spectrum. Additionally, he is capable of sensing vibrations through his lateral lines, and can detect electricity much like sharks. By clicking his tongue, he is also capable of replicating sonar. His senses make him an extraordinarily good tracker.
Frenzy: In extreme rage, Raymond can enter a state of mindless frenzy that doubles his physical characteristics at the cost of making him unable to think straight, acting purely on animal instinct. He can enter a deeper state of frenzy where he becomes even less controlled, but his power is doubled once again.
Stealthy: Trained as a stealthy killer all his life, Giles is one of the finest assassins in the world and can sneak up on nearly any target.
Fighter: Giles has developed a unique fighting style all his own that makes maximum usage of his unusual physiology.
Trained to resist: Giles has had special training to resist mental manipulation, making him immune to outright mind control and difficult to fool with psionic or magical illusions.
Weaknesses
Sensory overload: There are times when Giles' senses backfire, such as when presented with ultrahigh frequency sounds like Dog whistles or tremendously loud ones such as a thunderclap, while these do not kill him, they certainly hurt and can stun him for a good long while. .
Suffocation: The one thing Giles cannot regenerate from is death by asphyxiation, though the Black Hand has the technology and magic to revive him at a later date.
Starvation: Giles' healing factor weakens when he hasn't fed recently, though it never dips below a certain level. To keep it strong, he must eat on a regular basis, often forcing him to distract himself from his targets to satiate his hunger.
Electricity: Giles' highly conductive body is exceedingly vulnerable to electric shocks, which are one of the best ways to incapacitate the vicious slaughterer from the sea.
Decapitation: Giles cannot regenerate from losing his head.
